Amanda is very responsive and the techs are professional. Prices have not gone up for annual cleaning or service fee. Very responsive
I would not call again. I'm sure this company has many long time fans, but as a 2nd time repeat customer, something just doesn't sit right. I am a root cause analyst by trade, and the stories of what was wrong last year, what's wrong now... I was told I had a leak and the outdoor unit could be replaced for $6500. I wish I'd googled "detecting an HVAC system leak" prior to paying $500 for a tank of Freon that lasted one week. I will be purchasing my own leak detection equipment and finding the leak myself. Then I'll call a different professional for the repair. This guy eye-balls everything, and does a lot of fast talking. There's no way I should throw away an entire unit without first attempting to fix the leak. He's in it for the next take, not to be of great service to your equipment.
Precision was recommended by a trusted friend and man, they are great. Twice I’ve needed help with my AC system and both times their service was excellent. It is nice to feel confident about my HVAC knowing that whatever might happen, Precision is able to take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. Doug especially - he is fantastic!

I wanted to get my heating unit checked out before the long winter. I was VERY pleased with the service I received today. I have used other companies in the past who were not responsive or professional. Doug came today and checked everything out, and we even did an on site (preventative) repair on an expiring part today. He explained in detail what my options were, and he let me make the decision. He also let me ask a bunch of other questions I was curious about. I appreciated Doug's professionalism and willingness to listen to what I wanted to have done.

This is the BEST company in Memphis!!!. unbelievable service and nicest folks ever. my master bedroom air-con went out at 8 am on a saturday, i called them at 9 am, and they called me back within 5 minutes, and the air-con was repaired by 11 am - same day. Then Justin said "it was a pleasure, no charge". amazing. i would recommend this company to everyone. chris knott-craig.
OK, so you think a 5 star is false or phony...no it isn't. My wife and I have lived in Bartlett for 21 years. We've partnered with Precision for about 8 years. Amanda (customer service or office manager) is the BEST! Every tech we've had has been acutely well trained, kind, courteous and truthful. We have our annual maintenance contract with them for A/C and heating both. We've used them for replacement install as well. There may be other good companies out there, but we'll never know. Absolute Best Service Techs!!! Trustworthy, honest, fair, and diligent!
During the depths of our cold weather, our heating system malfunctioned. Amanda, who is always helpful and responsive, was able to dispatch a technician to us within hours when we thought it would be days! Doug slogged through the snow after getting stuck and arrived on time. He diagnosed our system malfunction and was able to arrange a "work-around" so that we could have heat until a part could be procured and installed several days later. He was very thorough and explained matters in details that we could understand. Many thanks to Doug and Amanda! This is a good company and I recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
At first Justin seemed nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in my attic for insulation and HVAC. However, after consulting several other professionals in the field I soon realized his price quote was inflated by several thousand dollars. After talking to him on the phone to understand the method he recommended for my attic work, he began to yell at me and say that he's done this his whole life and that he's a mechanical engineer and knows what he's talking about. He then abruptly ended the call and did not call me back as he promised. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism and high prices. However Al Britt Air Conditioning is the company to use. They were professional, courteous, trustworthy, and clean. Their prices were good and their work is excellent.
Highly recommended! Kathe, Larry & Team really know their stuff. They are responsive, clear & thorough. Particularly appreciate how they educate the customer, as well as review options and costs. Most of all, Precision helps provide that most precious commodity: peace of mind.
From meeting Justin for the quote and Larry helping with an emergency ac issue to the techs installing and keeping the house clean, i am very pleased with Precision Air. Always got a call when to expect teams arrival. i would hire them again and they are my #1 referral to friends.
Condenser unit was down, called Precision, they said the unit was still under warranty, just had to pay for the labor.
The quality control at this company is unmatched. The quality and consistency of the employees and their service is exceptional. Not to mention, there is no up-selling of services, which is rare in this business. Precision is always my first call for HVAC repair and service needs.

We purchased a new Daikin Fit unit to replace our 5 ton unit. We chose to do a split unit and replace the old pack unit. Was the best decision we made. Our utility bill has been cut in half. We are getting ready to update our second unit next week. Great team to work with and great warranty on their products.
My air conditioners both went down Memorial Day Weekend. I called Precision AC & Heating at 7;00 pm Saturday. At 7:15 pm I was talking to the owner of Precision AC & Heating. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. The Precision AC & H tech showed up on time and got the units running in no time. From the prompt response from the owner to the tech shop professional job, I was impressed with Precision AC & H. Highly recommend to anyone needed AC or Heating work.
Very responsive and courteous. They did a great job quickly for not only a furnace replacement but also a pipe leak that happened over the weekend. They take care of you and it doesn’t feel transactional when working with them.
