Robert the sales Rep was very professional and provided details and the estimate for the New HVAC and promised great service and delivered. The Technician Jermaine Jackson was very professional and explained every step prior to installing my New HVAC. Technicians Kario Hubbard and Armani Fisher arrived to help with the installation of the HVAC and was very professional as well. I will recommend OPACHS and these Technicians for all heating and air conditioning needs.
I have used OPACHS to install 2=systems in the past 1.5 years. They have been excellent with price and service. I am a landlord and they are my Go-To Heating and air service. I recommend them to all who wants an HONEST A/C company. Excellent company!!!

This is the second time I've used Opachs and both times, on-time, professional, respectful, and provided a very thorough diagnosis of the issue and what it would take to fix it and the cost. OPACHS made a special effort to get out the DAY-OF and repair our AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Great service, technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Will use OPACHS again!
First thing.. they took my 📞 call! 2nd, they listened to my needs and set appointment for the very next day. I have a home warranty with FAHW and had placed a service request with them early, early Monday morning 6/17/23. Was assigned a contractor that never contacted me and then was given a second contractor that told me, " I will call you when I get the chance"!! I wasn't feeling comfortable with them. Canceled my service request and called OPACHS on 6/28/23 and my 2 new AC UNITS ARE INSTALLED 6/29/23. These home warranties aren't getting quality companies to do right by customers. Sooooo, I'm totally grateful that OPACHS have me covered. Awesome group of technicians. Friendly receptionist and very helpful Thanks OPACHS I panicked first and then called you 😊😊

They replace the contractor ..I got charge way to much for that part like almost 200 dollars I know that part only cost 30 to 40 dollars ...other than that the serve was good the guy was nice and that was with a 15 % discount outrageous.
