If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They arrived almost an hour after their appointment window. Diagnosed my HVAC until and then did not respond following the appointment. After multiple follow up request the told the warranty company I was rude.
Excellent service. The team worked hard to adjust their schedule to handle my plumbing emergency, Technician was skilled, friendly and professional.
Nance came out and replace the water heater in my upstairs. I thought they did a good job. One week later I open the area where they installed it and I can smell gas everywhere. Also, there is already a half inch or more of water standing in the catch pan. That means it is leaking and has a gas leak. Called the company after hours. No emergency numbers and no answering service. Contacted them the next day and they cannot come out for another day. It is not emergent to them. Hope the house don't blow up because of a faulty water heater with a gas leak.
Great company! From the office to the tech's! AJ came out the day I called and hooked up several mini-split units for me in a timely fashion and kept me updated on progress. Quality work and highly reliable results!
Brandon was polite, friendly, and professional. He quickly fixed the problem with my heating system. This is a great company with great employees and I highly recommend them!
Nance Services replace the our hot water heater and did a great job.
The entire experience was pleasant and professional. I called yesterday about our water heater and the technician was sent out this morning. The office called this morning to let me know the technician was dispatched and he was here within 30 minutes and hot water heater working. Honest, timely, and cost effective repair. Chance was very polite and professional. From the office staff that answered the first call to Chance, 5stars! Customer service seems to be lost with many businesses now, but this company is A+.

These guys will price you competitively and they sent out 4 trucks out to install my upstairs and downstairs ac and furnaces in just a short few hours. The upstairs wasnt cooling great so i texted matt and he came back out on a friday night and added more freon and got it working perfect. I highly recommend them

Matt from Nance Services came out and checked out our system. Matt was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We did not have them replace our system but the quote was a very reasonable price and definitely competitive.

Had a gas line ran to add a gas stove, extremely responsive left the work area clean all the guys were professional and polite.
My mom's A/C was not cooling the house. She had just come home from a long stay in the hospital with covid and because of her breathing problems she could not risk being in a hot house. I called and the worked us in as soon as possible. Matt was quick to diagnose the.problem and get it fixed. The house was cooling off before he left.
