This company is first class. They did a great job with servicing my a/c units. There was some miscommunication and I was about to get upset, Jo (office manager) did a great job diffusing the situation and made customer service her top priority. I am now a loyal (forever) customer of this company.
These guys did a horrible Installation on my unit under a warranty service call. they used my stuff to hold the copper line set up without strapping it, left wires exposed and hanging off a motherboard. Then tried to charge me $150 extra for an adapter they had to purchase and didn't use. They just sat the unit on top and taped it together. What did these guys think I'm an Idiot? They left and said they would come back the next day to complete the job. The manager called me and said I owed them for the adapter "cash". I told him they took the adapter with them. I told him to take it up with the warranty company, and he said "go to hell have someone else finish the Installation" then hung up on me! See how they tried to scam me! I called the warranty company back and they sent a different guy out to finish the job. When you have a warranty you pay for the service call, that is all!!!
Scammers lied told the customer that they were installing a brand new motor and it was used and worn .When calling the customer was advised that they would do nothing about it.
I have used Metro for over 7 years now and I can tell you that they are second to none. The owner is a great man who treats his customers like family. They are extremely honest and will not try and sell you products or services you don’t need. I guarantee that if you use metro, you won’t be disappointed.
Metro Air Conditioning and Heating has always been a super reliable and trustworthy company. I know the owners quite well and they will treat you like family. They installed the system at my house and with the twice yearly maintenance agreement, they keep it running smoothly. I definitely recommend Metro!
