I got 3 bids total for a heat pump replacement. MaxAir was the only one that seemed like they weren't trying to rip me off. Their bid was over $1,000 lower, their service was excellent and my air is blowing cold! I highly recommend giving them a call.
Technician was friendly and quickly found the solution to my problem. He was also friendly and very patient with my dogs and told me about his furbabies.
I've been using Max Air since 2015. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. I've had Jack the last 2 visits and he is exceptional. Brian was very professional, on time and repaired my AC unit in less than 1/2 hour. I was waiting for another company for more than 2 weeks. Max air scheduled me on Friday and came on Monday. Brian phoned me when he was headed to my house. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company.

The overall experience was great!! The whistle process was quick and easy, they were there within days to completely replace my system, add an intake vent, and redo duct work under the house. Took less than a day to do everything and the workers were great!
My home warranty company sent these people out. Tech said freon was low he said he took care of it meanwhile a week later I'm calling my home warranty company again for the same problem
