Homeserve didn't seem to care that they assigned my job to an absolutely garbage company that wouldn't do the work. When RCI was first assigned my sewer line repair Duke sent two absolute buffoons to my house to dig up my yard, throw some dirt around, and smash up concrete and absolutely not fix anything. Then it took TWO months to get some sober people to come out and actually fix my sewer line. The whole tike Duke kept having sob story excuses and telling me "oh well be out this week". But then they would never come. After the repair I needed my yard fixed. I needed the hole filled in with dirt and my concrete repoured. It took so many phone calls and so many times being lied to that they would be out that day or that week. Finally on the litteral hottest day of the year some guy comes and pours some crooked concrete walkway and step. 10/10 do not recommend this experience. Duke is so full of it. Don't buy into his mess. Early March to the end of June my yard was wrecked for a repair and restoration that should have taken less than a week. And it still looks bad.

This company came to give an estimate for American Home Shield. They say it was going to be $1906 out of pocket cost for us, just to repace a water heater that is being replaced under warranty by the manufacturer. They can't give me a written estimate of why it is so expensive and what I am paying for. That does not sound right. I'll be using someone else.

We were assigned to Greenway by my home insurance for my dryer repairs. We went a total of 4 weeks without a dryer and 3 visits from Greenway. The initial visit they told us that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned and that was why the dryer stopped heating but of course at an additional fee! We agreed, 1 hour later I get home dryer still not heating, I called my insurance back and stopped payment on the service they lied and said it was, they stated that Greenway would come back out, after not hearing from them for a week I contacted them myself and had to initiate another appointment, same person came again, said it was the timer and they needed to order it, so in between the 2nd visit and the 3rd I received a call from Greenway about the payment for the service they lied and said I needed initially to fix my dryer. I told the rep that I would not be paying anything additional until my dryer is fixed! Never heard back, until last month, instead of billing me, the amount was sent to collections. Epitome of bad customer service, it will be a cold day in hell before I recommend or give this company ANOTHER CENT OF MY MONEY!

Larry Eugene came to our house today to service our Trane AC unit (which we bought from Greenway). We bought the VIP service which includes 2 cleanings/ tune ups per year. Our AC is blasting cold air and we are ready for sweltering Memphis summer days. Larry was super cool and we really enjoyed talking with him. He paid special attention to details and our AC unit is sparkling clean inside and out. We love Greenway!

Though I was initially scheduled for Wednesday, I was rescheduled for the following Friday due to them being without multiple technicians. This is no slight on the company as people just lack the drive to work these days. I had a leak in my home and I could not identify it's source. Jacob arrived timely ahead of schedule (which is always good) and was super kind and knowledgeable. He identified my problem areas and was done rather quickly. I had the same leak looked at by another company and as you can see I had to find someone else. As a consumer, I appreciate workers that take pride in their craft, successfully complete the job requested, and are not just performing for a paycheck. If all the technicians offer the caliber of service as Jacob, they will become a staple in my home maintenance needs.

Buisness claims to be open 24 hours 7 days a week, which is inaccurate. They also claim to have emergency service which seems to be false. They along with the home warranty had no concern about an infant and toddler with no heat in 8 degree temperatures since they never seemed to open the doors.

We had our hot water heater replaced. The technician were great. They experienced some issues but didn’t stop until it was fixed. When entering my home and going up the stairs they were careful not to hit the walls or scratch my wood floors. They were here a while but Ty and Jeremiah were great.

I had this company come to my house and unclog the drainage pipe from the roof and I'm sure the technician knew that the toilets would overflow with water. I laid out towels to prevent it, he removed the towels and caused water to run into the carpet. This is bad business

They were assigned by American Home Shield to work on my wall unit a/c that was old when I moved in 20 years age. The 1st two times they came out they sent someone who didn't know how to work on that type of a/c. The third trip they came out and took pictures to try to find parts. After a week I called and was told the parts were on back order. I waited 3 more weeks then called for an update. They said parts still on back order. When I asked if we could get some kind of time frame, the person on the phone slipped up and told me the parts hadn't been ordered yet. So I pressed until I got what I felt to be the truth. She said they couldn't find any, and even if they could find parts they would come from China which would add 2 weeks for shipping. I said I had hoped they could find the parts and repair it in place because I know replacement would require reconstructing some of the wall. But we were a week away from 95 degree temps so I asked them to tell American Home Shield replacement was the only option. I waited another week and called AHS. They had not been contracted by HomeServ. So I called HomeServ for an update. I was told they were still looking for parts. I asked again for them to tell AHS no parts were available. I was told she was emailing managers of 3 departments and at least one of them would call back that afternoon. Nope. The next day they said we're still waiting on the 3 departments managers. I asked to speak to anyone currently in the office. This was 10:00 a.m. The said no one I could talk to was in. I hung up, called AHS, and told them to never send HomeServ to my house again. And this was the 2nd time I've had this type of problem with them. The same thing happened with my dishwasher last year. It took 2 months for them to tell AHS it couldn't be repaired. And now AHS is telling me that Homeserv is not returning their attempts to make contact either.

One word describe this entire ordeal #TRASH 🗑🗑🗑 I made an appointment 2 weeks through American Home Shield & Greenway has canceled my service #MULTIPLE times due to tech issues. They rescheduled then CANCEL reschedule then #CANCEL. This has happened like 5 times in 2 weeks. I was assured Thursday someone would be out Monday between 12-5. It’s 9pm no one ever showed up or called. My water bill will be high waiting them these past 2 weeks.#UNPROFESSIONAL #AWFUL #TERRIBLE 🤬😡😠😤😒

I see a trend with Greenway and AHS American Home Shield. AHS is a rip off and Greenway is incompetent. A home warranty is useless if it takes 3 months to get a major appliance fixed and worse if the incompetent Greenway never fixes the problem. Both companies are corrupt with poor customer service. I see a CLASS ACTION lawsuit in the future for these two companies.

Complaint #1 Good Afternoon, I am writing in regards to the unit placed in my home. I would like it removed asap!!! The job was never completed!!!! I was told that parts were being ordered and the parts would be here in 2 days(today is day 2) I had to call to find this information out. No one from this company bothered to contact me. It is currently 95 degrees in Memphis, TN and my daughter's room is scorching hot. I do not appreciate the poor customer service for a 9,000 plus dollars purchase. I have tried calling on the phone and did not get an answer. I need to be contacted asap. Complaint #2 I am writing because this is my second time having to contact you all about the AC unit you placed in my home. The AC UNIT is still not cooling properly. I need someone at my home ASAP. This is totally unacceptable for the cost of this unit which is 9,000 plus dollars. The 1st time I wrote you all the job was left incomplete with no communication. Now the job still seems to be incomplete because the unit is not cooling my home properly. The thermostat has been set on 66 and the temperature in the home is not going under 75 degrees. I need this fixed or removed from my home and off my credit to locate a competent and reputable company that will ensure the job is done properly and the unit is cooling my home properly. Complaint #3 After the on call Technician came out at 10:11 pm. He discovered that the unit was frozen and did not have a filter in the unit which will create other problems like clogged evaporator coils, and air ducts not blowing properly.  The tech left at approximately 10:20 pm. He said he will return tomorrow  to conduct a further inspection and diagnosis. However,  I have been telling this company  since the unit was installed  that  the unit was not cooling properly.  The 1st time because  the job was incomplete.  The 2nd time it appears  that  the job was not done correctly- especially with no filter installed.
