I want to save others from being ripped off like my family was. Please, please do not use this service. He is not to be trusted with renewing or replacing your a/c system. He ripped off my family during the worst part of summer. He then had them nerve to talk crazy to us when they faulty unit he put in went out in 1 day. Save your money and pay the real professionals. The 2 nice comments came from his family... Wow...Really...
Do not give this man your business. He comes off as professional but he's not. He will charge you nearly the price of a new unit; however , he will install very old unit that will go out on you in a few days. BBB-F... Trust me do not give him your service if you want to save yourself a headache, money and time. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me.
Worst service I ever received,came to my house yesterday and repaired my unit it didn't work though the night,I call him the next morning and he says he won't even come look at it without a service fee,this was not even 24 hours later. I call a reliable guy he came and fixed it in five minutes. This guy had forgot to screw up the part tight. Please do not use this service. He is a crook
Mr Jones sold me a 3.5 ton air conditioning unit (3.5 on the invoice), but installed only a 3 ton unit. I often wondered why the back rooms did not cool down as they did with the original unit; it was only during installation of a new furnace by a reputable contractor a few years later I was informed my AC was not sized correctly and that it was only a 3 ton. Being one retired serviceman to another, I thought he could be trusted. Sticking with the major companies from now on as you get what you pay for. Will try resolving legally.
Trust trust is the most important thing with HVAC companies I found and you will find you can trust Extreme Climate company to work fast have a high knowledge of cooling and heating systems. Again you can trust Extreme Climate to do a good job at a fair price.
We went without air in our bottom floor of our home for 2 weeks and 5 days. It went out on Saturday night and we called him on Sunday and he came out on Tuesday afternoon and said it needed a part and when he came on Wednesday he was missing a filter that went with the part. He told us it would be another week before the part came in. He told us when we talked to him after the part came in he told is it was "too" hot to come and put the part on. We waited and when he came and put it on he said we needed a new motor. It would be July 3 before we talked to him again and it was too hot. He would come on the 5th He did not call so we called him he said he wasn't coming that day we would have to wait since it was going to be "too" hot and we had air in upstairs bedrooms. At this point we went to pick up the motor ourselves since he had not even picked it up yet. We were not able to get it as we were not licensed but there was someone there that was and he picked it up and fixed it for us and we had air by 1:00 that afternoon. I will not be calling him again for any work.

Extreme Climate HVAC replaced our heating and cooling systems at a reasonable price and I appreciate the tideness of his technicians during replacement of inside system. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a reliable business for HVAC work.
