The service that we received from Alan was outstanding. Our AC unit failed on the morning of expected 100 deg. heat on 4th of July weekend. Chickasaw AC was able to work us in the schedule for an emergency service repair. Great troubleshooting resulted in the needed fix and AC back working!! It was a pleasure dealing with this professional. Truly a life-saver!
Chickasaw installed an entire Trane HVAC system for me in 2019 (outside compressor, air handler, duct work), and they just installed another entire system for my upstairs. They also installed a mini-split air conditioner. From start to finish the entire process was professional, timely, and the Chickasaw team took great care in their work. They have since followed up, and performed quality checks on my system. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible, and highly recommend them.
Chickasaw AC has been our go to provider for heating and air after several unsatisfactory encounters with other companies. Our experience has been nothing but excellent. Recently they completely replaced our HVAV system. The work was efficient and their cleanup complete. They have provided support whenever needed. We highly recommend this company.
Our AC stopped working on a Wednesday in the late afternoon and they actually came out that same day! The diagnosis was fast and accurate and their quote was reasonable. They said they would call the next morning around 9:00 am to let us know if they could get the part locally or if it had to be ordered. The next morning (Thursday) a few minutes after 9:00 (just like they said), they called and said the part had been ordered, that it should be here Friday around 2:00 pm and they would come by and install it as soon as they received it. Sure enough! Friday a few minutes after 2:00 they called and said the technician was on his way and by 3:30 we had a working AC!! Chickasaw Air Conditioning you guys rock!! You are an honest, professional and affordable company. Thank you guys!!
We used Chickasaw for replacement of our air conditioning and heating system. They provided clear and concise recommendations that we could understand. They provided a solution to a complex heating and cooling system on an older home. The Service was outstanding! The service technicians were respectful of our property, very friendly and extremely easy to work with. The technicians were masters of their craft in every respect. We can recommend Chickasaw heating and air for anyone’s service they might need. I have used Chickasaw Air for many years, and the service provided has always been excellent. Last week, though, their service was exceptional. On two different days I had issues with a furnace. Despite the hazardous road conditions from the snow and cold temperatures they were able to service/repair the furnace on both occasions in a very short period of time. Kudos to the Chickasaw team!! Thank you for the exceptional service!!
Great experience, from start to finish! I emailed a service request after 7:30 pm, received a response the same night, and had a technician at my door in the morning. Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue, got the replacement part, and solved the problem. Excellent service throughout and a great price. Thank you!
Our HVAC system downstairs had been out of order for several years and we were using portable floor units to keep cool. We were fortunate enough at this time to have the money to replace this HVAC. The installers were very professional and polite. They did an extremely well job. We will have to replace the upstairs HVAC soon and will definitely be going with Chickasaw Air Conditioning, Inc again! Thanks for all your help in giving us a good price and getting the job done quickly.

I had to have my 100 year old home retrofitted for HVAC. Chickasaw came up with a plan for the installation and carried it out. I appreciated that they were careful of my home...they didn't leave saw dust or dirt anywhere despite of having to saw through hard wood and tile floors. The technicians were patient and attentive. I recommend!!!
I decided it was time to replace my 33 year old A/C unit before it crashed and burned during the scorching summer. Plus my unit used the old freon and that was going to be a problem very soon. I got multiple quotes and decided to go with Chickasaw. They were very professional, courteous and conscientious about protecting my home during installation by covering hardwood flooring. When finished they vacuumed and even cleaned the cracks between the hardwood planks without me saying a word. Looking forward to a cool summer! I would highly recommend them.

Chickasaw was paid to service the AC at the house I was closing on to make it run better (it worked ok, but not super great). At closing, I was told it was working great (had been serviced that week) and had even had the capacitor changed- I was given a receipt for this. I get in the house on Thursday and it is 85 degrees- nothing would make the AC turn on. Technician comes out and tells me the expansion valve is broken and they cannot get a new one till Monday. I am told that the valve was working a couple of days ago when they serviced it and that valves break all the time. He said he liked pistons but it would not be possible to convert the valve to a piston as this would also make the system less efficient. Friday, I called and asked if there was anyway to get the valve on Friday. I was told they found a valve and would replace it that day. The technician comes and "fixes" it, but when I pressed where they found the valve he confesses that he converted the valve into a piston. Keep in mind, yesterday this was impossible and I was lied to multiple times on the phone about finding a new valve. Over the weekend, the AC gets to 58, and it is set to 75. I even try turning off the system but it is still 58 degrees. I really don't want to look at my energy bill for that weekend. I call early on Sunday and I have to call 4-5 more times throughout the day being told each time that a manager has been contacted and a technician was called and they were shocked no one was calling me back. Finally, a technician comes over late in the day and says the thermostat is broken but does not have a new one. (I suspected the thermostat was broken and asked him if he had one over the phone and he had said yes in the car but then did not have one). I was told they would give a call in the morning and a heads up before coming tomorrow to replace the thermostat. They never did. We had to call again to get someone to come out. Now I am just crossing my fingers it is fixed. In summary: 1
Great customer service. Had a leak Friday evening and the technician Joe was here within 2 hours! Highly recommend!
