My technician Matthew Trice arrived at my home on time; and was very professional. He took the time to explain the problem I was having and what caused it. Mr Trice knowledge of my service call made me hire Best Care Services to make my repairs. Mr Matthew Trice completed the job in a very timely manner and went through Everything he did in detail. I was very happy and satisfied with the finished product. Thank you Mr Matthew for making this is a good experience; I would use this company again!!!…. And you should to😊

Was able to have someone come out the same day as I called. They were very helpful and let me learn the process. They cleaned up and went above and beyond. Service was pricey but worth it for at least the gentlemen that worked with me.

I used Best Care for a water heater replacement and some HVAC troubleshooting. Very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable staff. Everything part of the process was smooth and they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Will use them again for any future needs.
We had a leak with the supply line to the toilet and called Best Care to come out and fix it. Antonio Todd and Matthew Trice came out on a Saturday and fixed it quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate the help with this emergency leak! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone else!
Kem Bryant and his assistant Austin did a fantastic job! Professional. Courteous. Timely. Kept me updated on repair. Reviewed everything with me when finished as well as several maintenance processes. Very pleased. Also pleased with Caleb’s original visit and assessment. As well as Will’s visit to review options. Best Care came out and represented the name "Best Care," by talking to my husband and I with respect and unclogged our plumbing within minutes! Thanks to Home Serv insurance and the Best Care technicians!
We had Best Care plumbers in to install a new kitchen faucet and Best Care Air Conditioning in for an annual checkup and he came back in the same afternoon to replace the feeder box (which was old and hanging). All three men were personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. So glad we heard about Best Care!
I originally gave a 5 star rating for the service they did to check and clean my unit. The technician seemed like he was doing a good job, but later found out the A/C unit was not working. When they were checking the unit the technician lowered the temperature so the unit would constantly run. He told me he could shut it off from outside which I found strange. Since this was a downstairs unit and the temperature was not extremely hot so it did not rum for a couple of weeks. When it got hot it did not turn on so I called Bestcare and told them I think the technician did something when he shut it off. They would not come out for well over a week. I ended up calling another company and they found the technician did not turn the breaker back on. What makes me really mad is I called them and they told me the manager would give me a call and it has been a week and no response. So I had to pay another company to repair the unit and didn’t even get a response back. This company really does care about their customers.
I made several warranty calls and the previous companies sent did not find the faulty wire. Once the Best Care tech had the cover off the outside unit, the fried mouse that had eaten through one of the AC wires was found. That mouse and the lesser competent air techs could have caused my house to burn down. Thank you Best Care Home Services for preventing, what could have been, a disaster!

I have used best care for many years. In the past they have installed two HVAC units and a tankless water heater. Techs are always knowledgeable. That was true of Reggie today.
Great service. Yearly contract is a benefit to know the system is still working. Guys are nice and quick.

I had a tankless water heater installed in 2017 by Best Care Home Services. Unfortunately, because the unit was not installed correctly (drain hoses) the water drained back into the unit and destroyed the heat exchanger. I paid a total of 4700.00 for an unprofessional job. Moreover, the technician from a creditable plumbing company stated that the gas exchange valve was not install on the unit. Best Care put my family and I in danger. I called customer service and explained to them the situation and they wanted me to pay them another $80.00 for them to re-evaluate what they did incorrectly. Why would I trust them again?
