Great Service. I have used B&W for many years and have always had wonderful service. The service remains just as great since Mrs. Barbara has become the owner and continues Bob Cannon's Legacy of Excellence.. I recently had an issue with my Unit and they were quick to return my call and just as quick to respond, the issue was resolved with no drama and everything is back on track, and Yes i change my filters .. They are very Helpful .. I take care of my Filters and They take care of me!! Thank you!

Install my AC unit on a brand new home just over a year old they will not cover their warranty. I have called them three times last year to come out to service. My AC unit AC unit is making a loud noise they claim they can never figure it out I called today they will come out for a service fee to maybe replace a part that is under the manufacturer warranty , they are just here to make money not make you feel like family so they have lost my business and will be using Aire Serv.

Under my home warranty and yes I've used them before. When my home was built in February 2018 they had to come out and service my unit with freon.. The technician did a decent job. Well now it's 2022 and my unit has stopped getting the house cold on a Saturday night.. it's the weekend and the warranty office said they had an emergency call number but that's not true.. They need an emergency contact!! I've been inconvenienced for two days and they don't open until today this Monday morning at 8am.. I've called and left multiple messages!! I finally got in contact with them at 11am after all the calling attempts plus messages left still without one call back response?!? Long story short.. Told that they didn't return my call cause they were in meetings this morning.. they booked up on Monday and they have to work Wednesday.. What?? You have to work Monday- Friday I still had been calling you since Saturday even Monday morning constantly getting pushed to recorded voicemail and I still had to keep calling them to be told all of this plus "well you're no longer under warranty and can call whoever you want.." Your company installed the unit and I'm just trying to keep the same company that Adams home has us under but if someone would have answered the phones and told me that then I would have since you're not bothered with keeping your already established customers??? Then you tell me, "we can get you Wednesday.." Here's the worst part of all this.. This company is a few blocks from my home and I couldn't get any kind of response or service when it's 5 miles away?? (Rebuttal and response to the reply 15 minutes ago a month later) You are making excuses for what your receptionist answer the phone and directly said to me. " You only have a year warranty.. you can call another company.." And my property (investment) is in your system under the phone number name and address that was left numerous times on your company voicemail multiple days. You don't want to keep

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have three women working in their office who are thee most unprofessional and ditzy individuals ever. They lie and state someone will come to your home and they do NOT show up. They are currently under warranty and their service is poor which is the only reason why I am using them. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable company because this is NOT it! I’ve only had my house for one month and there are issues already with their “work”. Again, PLEASE do NOT use them unless you are desperate and hopeless. I wish I could do 1/2 a star because a whole one is too good for this low quality “business”.

We have called this company 3 times to repair the air at one of our rental homes. The technicians do not call the tenant to make an appointment, do not report what they find and what they have done nor after two weeks and three trips have they repaired the air with the heat being up to 90 degrees over 7 hours later. We have been forced to put the tenant in a hotel as it is Saturday night and they do not answer their phones, or have an emergency service. Would never recommend such a company that acts like it is an issue to complete the repairs on a unit they gave already charged to repairs. Do not use.

Did not give me a receipt after I had paid but promised to email me one after technician get back to the office. Email never came. I took telephone recorded technician taking my money and saying I have paid in full

We had a new 5 ton unit put in and it has not worked right but for a couple days and that was after they came and gassed it up again ! Nobody will come out and fixit and it 90 degrees upstairs and 84 down stairs ! We have had the run around for the last three days ! Bobby did not follow up to see if his repair guys was doing there job !

I was introduced to this company by my home warranty and I am beyond relieved that it was them. They have been to my house 2 times now and are super friendly, affordable (even without home warranty), honest, just all around an awesome company! I'll never use another air/heat company! You should not hesitate to give them a call if you're having problems with your heat/air!! Oops wrong B&W air :/ I'm in Texas!!
