On the 2nd morning of a 100 degree heat wave I woke up without AC. I called Automatic Heating & Plumbing and the owner answered the phone at 6 AM! He scheduled a service call and Bill Deering arrived and figured out the problem and had it fixed within minutes! Professional reliable and honest service are what I’ve come to expect from Automatic. I won’t call anyone else! Thanks Sam and Bill!

Chase was awesome and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. He took his time to show me the issues with my unit and the needed repairs. I reached out to them based off the reviews. Very happy with Automatic A/C and plumbing.
We got great service today. Anthony and Steve did a fabulous job. They were on time, friendly, and completed the job of replacing our entire unit in about 7 hours. The office staff were wonderful to deal with and sent us text messages to let us know they were on the way. Very pleased with the service
I had a home I purchased where a previous HVAC contractor did a horrible job in the install and all my duct work in a zoned system was done improperly, causing my house to never properly cool. I went through several contractors to try to identify my problems unsuccessfully for a couple years. Finally, Automatic came in and determined the only way to fix it was to rip out the poorly done original job and do it right the 2nd time. 3 guys in my home for 3 days. They took great care and did the install properly this time. I finally have a home that cools properly!
The repair man was very polite and professional - the job was explained and completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Automatic again.

We recently had our HVAC unit replaced with smart thermostat, along with new light switches, faucet, dishwasher, and toilets installed. Billy Elam with electrical, Kris Ashby and Freddie with plumbing, Chis Lewellen, and Cameron Elder and the entire HVAC team are provided amazing service. They all were very professional, highly skilled, and most importantly personable when the customer is not knowledgeable while providing great communication. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful as well. All services were provided in a very timely manner with great efficiency. I highly recommend Automatic for your home repair and renovation needs.
I’ve been a customer for 10 years Automatic has always been attentive and timely Replaced our 20 year old HVAC with new Carrier units. Automatic did the project on time very carefully with minimal disruption Can’t say enough they are first class professionals There’s allot more science to HVAC than most people recognize an engineering skilled contractor like Automatic is important for results and sustainability
Chase got in removed the old Halo unit and replaced it with a new unit. He show me with pictures that it was operating and show the old unit with the honey coils were building up everything. He was very patient and answered my questions. He was courteous and professional. Thanks, Chase.
Automatic Air and Heating, has always been my go-to when I needed service on my carrier heating/air condition unit. They have a professional team that is knowledgeable of the equipment and always punctual each time they service my system they were in and out within an hour. Satisfaction guaranteed.
I found the technician to be knowledgeable of my particular system. James was courteous and explained the steps that he was taking to troubleshoot and repair my system. He updated me before performing the work of the cost that would be incurred. My system is functioning exceptionally well and he explained the next steps necessary to keep my system updated and the cost. He notified me when he was on the way. He arrived on time. He had the part that I needed to repair my ac system on the truck. I highly recommend this company this company and I will certainly ask for this technician again.

A coworker recommended Automatic when I knew I had at least 1 ruptured pipe after our big freeze in Dec. 2022. Here's how it went from start to finish: • I filled out their online "Get a Call Back" form and got a confirmation email. • Kim called, made sure she understood all the info, got me on the schedule for the next day, and let me know I'd get a text when they were on their way. They also sent an email confirming the app't. • 30 min into my 2-hr window, I got a text giving me the lead plumber's name and letting me know he was on his way. • When Dustin arrived, he greeted me by name, checked again to make sure he had all the info about the known issue, and gave me a rundown of how they'd proceed. • At each stage of the process, Dustin let me know what they'd found, what my options were, and what the approx cost would be for each. (He also showed me phone pics of what they were seeing so I didn't need to be a 3rd body in a space built for 1.) • When everything was taken care of, he walked me again through each repaired item, showed me the work, and—because I'd asked—gave me a heads-up on other items I might want to take care of soon. • He took payment via app, and I rcvd the itemized invoice immediately. Note: Accessing this house's crawlspace is NOT a fun thing, and spending a bunch of time in it is, uh, also not a fun thing. For most of this job's 3.5 hrs, 2 guys worked together in that cramped space. A lot of people would've looked at the situation and simply declined to take it on. Even if this had been a routine job, things couldn't have gone any better from the customer side. Much of the city had been without running water for several days because of water main breaks, and I'm sure nobody at Automatic had a holiday—but they were all super polite and took incredible care with their work. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I called this company out to do a consultation. When they came out I paid $105 for them to look at my duplex and list everything that was found from water leaking in my home. Everything that was discussed and seen when they came out was never listed in the invoice that was given to me. They also went to the lady next door to me to see if her unit was leaking also. Whatever she told them & paid to keep from being honest in their report worked. Nothing they found or discussed from the water in the wall to the water marks in the attic was not listed in the report that I paid for. Never again will I use this company or recommend them to anyone else. This was a total waste of money. Update 9:42am: Not once did I EVER instructed or tell the technician to lie about what they seen. Not only did he call a 2nd person out to look at the samething he seen, nothing he spoke of verbally was documented on the report. AGAIN I STATE THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY IF THE TECHNICIAN IS NOT BEING HONEST AND COLLECTING MONEY FROM ME AND THE NEIGHBORS NEXT DOOR.
