Aire Serv is actually the best. I've used a lot of different companies, and the service I've received from aire serv is top notch! Josh is super knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and is great at explaining in layman's terms what is going on with the system.
Mr Chris Stone was quick to arrive and quick to repair ( changing filter and a little Freon). So nice and truly understood how desperate my tenants were. He’s my permanent repair man!! Thank you Chris, and thank you Aire serv!!
Air Serv tech came out the same day, quickly found the problem, had the part in his truck and had our unit back to cooling within minutes after arrival. Tech are always friendly and on-time for our seasonal preventative appointments. We highly recommend their services.

We have been customers of AirServ for years now and have always been happy with the great and professional customer service. I’m especially grateful today for MJ and McKenzie who got our air conditioning up and running before a major heat wave. They showed up same day and worked so hard to get us covered. They were kind, professional, thorough and personable. Everything is always explained to me and quotes are clear. I definitely recommend them not only for emergencies but for their yearly plans and service.

Our AC went out on Tuesday afternoon. I called Aire Serv and they put us on the schedule for Wednesday. Josh Porterfield sent a text on Wednesday morning with his picture telling me that he would arrive in 30 minutes. Josh checked out the system. Found the immediate problem and replaced that part, but he also checked the system performance since it's now 18 years old. He discovered a couple of issues that will probably cause the system failure sooner or later. I appreciate how Josh was honest about what he found, but not pushy trying to force us into a decision based on fear tactics. We've used Aire Serve for the past few years and have been pleased with their service
