We called them a month ago about having our ductwork replaced, they gave us a quote and said they would call to set up a time, a week went by and we didn't hear anything so we gave them more time as we know it's busy this time of year. At week 2 they called and said they would be out the following week to do the job, they didn't give us a day or time. It's almost week 5 and we haven't heard a peep from these people, don't waste your time. I'll take my money elsewhere cause obviously they don't want it.
I can't say enough great things about these guys. They came out and checked my unit after someone else had failed at the job, was up front and completely honest, was patient with me and when I was ready, had the AC unit ordered and installed in less than a week. They showed up on time and did an amazing job! thank you again!

I woke up this morning and noticed that my heating unit had stopped working throughout the night and had a buddy of mine recommend Loudon Mechanical Services. I called at 11:15 am and Tyler asked when I would be able to meet at my house and when I mentioned my lunch break from work, Tyler offered to meet me at 1:15. He was extremely professional and genuine on the phone and in person. He checked out my heating unit and discussed some options and said he had to leave to retrieve a part that he was pretty sure could fix it and returned 15 mins later with his dad Rusty. They had my system back up and working within 20 mins! I am extremely appreciative to Tyler and Rusty for their super fast attention and thorough efficiency and the fact that my daughter and I won't have to go a single night without heat! Believe the positive reviews you read on here because they are definitely true! They were super professional and personable and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know with any heating and air issues! Thank you again Tyler and Rusty!

We had Rusty approximately 2 yrs ago install a wall unit and a 5ton 2 stage unit all duct work etc 25,000.+ The wall unit never worked from the beginning rusty came out 1 time and it worked 1 season.The 5 ton unit has been loud when its on and not working right either the 5 ton unit come to find out has wrong thermostat and the return duct work is to small for unit size etc.I have contacted Rusty so many times texts calls left voice-mails i have lost track but kept all my info.and texts etc.He hasn't done anything to fix these issues or gotten back with me to get this figured out.Now we are going to be charged by another company well over 3000. + to fix what we pd Rusty to install. I hated i had to write this review and I wish he would have made things right .But I don't want anyone else going threw what we have.
Rusty and his team were great. The igniter went out and our house got cold quick. They came out same day and had it running in like 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Fast, friendly, and professional.

Hi, Rusty n his team came today n moved a 3-1/2 ton a/c n ran new everything under the crawl space ! along with new breaker box n it was awesomely stress free n did it under 4 hours hours .. we are over the moon with cost n grateful to have found this awesome company n team!.. So grateful for Rusty!! Our dad had gotten another quote, but my brother suspected it was out of line. Rusty came and properly diagnosed the true issue and offered a good value on the solution. Not only was the problem fixed, he did it four days sooner than promised!! And when the A/C is out and your father is ill, having someone go the extra mile to make you comfortable means so much. Truly outstanding professionals, and just plain nice people to deal with. Wouldn't consider working with anyone else in the future -- these guys are the BEST!!
Prompt and had needed parts on hands. Went out of the way to fit me into his already busy schedule. Thankfully the problem was solved in one visit. Hands down will use Loudon Mechanic Services for all HVAC needs. Pleased and definitely recommend! Even was able to file claim under home warranty company while he replaced the blower fan motor.

Loudon mechanical services has done three jobs for me, and have always done excellent work. My AC went out on Friday and I didn't want to get any one out on Saturday due to the July 4th Holiday. Rusty came to my house on Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the problem and came back Monday morning with the part needed and had my AC up an running in no time. Rusty is honest and always gets things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Loudon Mechanical services for all you HVAC needs
I sent Loudon Mechanical Service a request in May 2019. In the request I told them that my A/C repeatly leaked freon and wanted them to check the coil to see if we need replace it. On a Monday morning they sent in two guys. They told us it was just freon leaking, either refill it or replace the whole unit. They refilled it, we paid over 400. And the A/C stops cooling now. update: a little bit more detail, when the two technicians came, they said they were going to check the unit. Then they came backand said they refilled freon showed the bill. My wife asked if there was any (leaking) issue. They said it just was an aged unit (9years old), refill should be fine. The other option was replacing it with a new one. They were really nice, even checked and replaced the airfilter. Obviously, there was leakage and they didn't find it. Another strange thing is they refilled the freon before we were informed. I was really happy when I discovered this AC firm, because all reviews are five stars. I contribute my data point here, and revised my rating to four stars.
