I can't thank you guys enough! We had been ghosted by a company that had been doing unnecessary repairs to our A/C and then left us with no cool air and leaking. Our house was 83° on a Friday evening. I called EZ Heating & Cooling. They sent Rick out first thing Saturday morning. Rick diagnosed the issue, and made the correct repairs. Our A/C cools our house and the leaking is gone. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough good things about this company’s exceptional customer service! Our AC went out, and they came over on July 4th (their day off) to inspect the system, and drove all over Knoxville to find the part and make the repair! We are grateful for them going above and beyond when most companies would have waited until after the Holiday. They have earned a customer for life - THANK YOU

I blew a fuse while installing my nest thermostat (whoops). I called EZ at 8:30 am and Rick was here by noon just as he had told me. Got my issue resolved in 10 minutes and we are back in business. Thanks Rick!
Today (11-17-22), Rick Dye called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he listened to the issues and went straight to work. He was personable and highly knowledgeable about his industry. Most importantly, he was honest. He explained and showed me everything he did every step of the way. The price for the work completed was more than reasonable. I don't want to have to call for an HVAC service, but when I do I will ALWAYS call EZ Heating & Cooling and ask for Rick Dye!
The best way to start my review is to say ‘Search no more, this is the company to use!’ My wife and I recently moved to Lenoir City (from out-of-state) and we unfortunately inherited an HVAC issue in our new home (2015 build) that wasn’t disclosed at time of purchase. To make a long (and frustrating) story short, I went through two professional HVAC companies, paid them a lot of money and still had the issues. After throwing in the towel and living with the problems for over a year, I started looking for another HVAC company. After reading a ton of reviews for seemingly an endless list of HVAC companies in the area, I came across a review for EZ Heating & Cooling in Lenoir City that struck home with me. A person had been going through a similar situation and after several years and various companies, Rick was able to solve their problem. After reading that, I picked up the phone and made the call. I’m glad I did. Rick came out and within a short time explained what was going on. A couple days later and a couple parts, the problem was gone. Rick is truly knowledgeable and a professional problem-solver. And yes, I sent out a bulk email to my neighbors and shared my experience with them. Rick is a solid 5 star HVAC guy.

Our a/c died yesterday during 95 degree heat and high humidity. We called EZ Heating & Cooling of Lenoir City TN because we know they have a great reputation. Rick was here today! I used EZ Heating and Colling to replace my AC and Heat pump. Spoke to other companies and they were less than professional. I called and spoke to Rick. Rick showed up the next day and took care of everything I needed. They replaced my unit promptly and were very professional. If you need heat or air call them.

We were very impressed with the service received by EZ Heating & Cooling. They were extremely responsive and did a very professional job installing our new heat/cooling system in our tiny house. We would definitely recommend them. It is not always easy to coordinate work when it is required on a secondary home miles away from your primary residence. The worked with our schedule to complete the installation. The system works great!
