I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air! I have been with them since 2004 and this is 2023. They know what they are doing and very professional. They go the extra mile and have excellent customer service. They are great folks and easy to communicate with concerning scheduling and any issues concerning my HVAC system. I am confident and comfortable with them coming into my home and working on my system. They are top notch and great to work with, again I say "I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air." I totally trust them!
The Technician from Bill Owen's HVAC arrived on time (he was actually a little early). He was professional and knowledgeable about the system in my home. He completed the needed repairs promptly and cleaned up the work area. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC maintenance or repair
I called around 9:30 am for a service call for my heat pump cycling on and off and not blowing heat. Tech arrived at 11:00, found the issue, found the part, and had it fixed hours later. It was under warranty and I only paid labor cost! My family has used them for years and we could not be more pleased with their work! A+ service! Highly recommend them!
They went to look at an elderly ladies home on a Sunday morning, and got the unit up and running until Tuesday morning. They sent the same guy who came out on Sunday to look at it. And at this point this service tech did not know what he was doing and unplugged the capacitor and the blower motor and then proceeded to tell this elderly lady it would be $9000 for a new unit. What a scam. I went behind him and plugged it all back up and it ran.. in cooling.. like it should have. On crescent club
Tim came out today and repaired what we thought was a catastrophic issue with our HVAC. It turns out it was a major clog, and instead of trying to upsell us on anything, Tim fixed only what was needed. In this time of tight wallets it is absolutely amazing to work with a company that is honest, upright, and professional.
This company went above and beyond for me today and I am so appreciative. Everyone was so great to work with. With my AC out and another company saying they had an opening in 3 months, another one saying they could come out days from now, Bill Owens sent someone out in a matter of hours. They had the AC working for a fair price. Then, not long after, we had a power outage and when the power came back on, the AC unit would not turn on. Susan was incredibly kind on the phone and did everything she could to help, including finding someone to come out after hours. I am happy to say I have a cool house and Bill Owens has a very happy customer. Thank you again!

We operate a Coffee House in our community and love our customers. When we arrived this morning, it was so hot, it was humid INSIDE our space, and we couldn’t sort it out. A lot of our peeps come and stay all day, so we were concerned about them being stuck in such yuk to work, study, etc. They can anyway and touched it out 👊🏼😉👍🏼 Our regular repair service was unavailable for a week, so I looked for someone down the street and found you all. It was raining with little chance of the weather letting up, so your dear associate (who answered my phone call) walked me through steps we could take to see if our system might come around. Then she called back to see how things were going (it still wasn’t working). THEN, as soon as the weather started to let up, she reached out and let us know someone was on their way to help! They diagnosed and solved our problem quickly, and for a truly reasonable fee! Well done!!! Y’all definitely won our business! Top shelf service!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Always prompt and reliable
We have used Bill Owens for a few years now and they just keep on impressing us. The technicians are always on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any time we’ve had a problem with our unit, they have handled it quickly and professionally. They have gone above and beyond to make things right when we got a faulty unit (factory problem, no fault of theirs). I never doubt their honesty and integrity. It’s so nice to feel you can trust a company these days!
Was originally called to do diagnostic on thermostat and heating unit, then performed repairs but neglected to put the condensation pipe back into drain which caused water leakage which caused damage to ceiling. Allen (the owner) I suppose refused to admit fault and would not even offer to make things right.
My elderly Aunt's thermostat stopped working on a Saturday with freezing temperatures. Left messsge for technician. Received quick response. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company!
