Ac went out overnight was at 80 degrees in our house. Called Action Air first thing Monday morning and they arrived within an hour or so of calling. They explained everything going on, and was able to repair quickly thankfully with temperatures getting to the 90s. Would definitely recommend if you want quick efficient service. Thanks Action Air for getting us up, and running again.

Our AC was out. When we called late on Friday morning, the furst available appointment was Monday. That's understandable, but I was not looking forward to a hot weekend. Without my even asking for it, they were able to fit me in fir same-day service. The technicians arrived 20 minutes later, enroute to another appointment, and fortunately were able to get it running again within five minutes! Then, they gave me advice on what to look for if it happened again and added value by reminding me that I have not yetscheduled my preventive maintenance appointment. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service!
Chris was at the house 1.5 hours after I called and had our unit running again in 20 minutes. Knew exactly what was wrong and had a capacitor on hand to replace it. Fantastic service and wonderful experience! Thank you!
The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, called before came, explained everything, took care of my issue. I have only used one other company many years ago, but I will use Action Air from now on.
Could not ask for a better bunch of people, polite, very knowledgeable. They always let you know when they are on their way. And they usually don’t quit until the problem is solved. I wouldn’t use any place else.
Justin was great making sure my system was running and in good shape. He was polite, thorough and professional. I love every Action Air professional who has been to my home..
