Service Call fee not applied toward repair bill. One time fee. Technician indicated may need replace unit. That will always fix problem. 7 year old unit.

I love to find companies like this; I don't think there are too many anymore. From the start, they gave a super fast response time to my message, Shaunna (sp?) was SO friendly on the phone and quick to get me on the schedule (same day), and then the tech Skyler was absolutely awesome in every way! This company gets more than 5 stars in my book. Every aspect of the way they did business with me was excellent! If you need help with HVAC, call Tennessee Air!!!!!! I will for sure use them again!
Steve stopped by earlier than expected and went above and beyond to make sure my central air was fixed, 10/10 would recommend this company they know what they're doing

Replaced drain line and leveled it to proper pitch to allow water to flow freely. Thanks for your timely response.
Stephen was a very helpful and friendly guy. The unit was obviously dead but He tried multiple times and methods to get the unit running. I appreciate his hard work and I will absolutely be using this company to have the new unit installed

I never used Tennessee Air before but I want to let everyone one know they are the best. Skyler was my tect today. He's very friendly and he know his stuff I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
A/C stopped working Wednesday evening. Checked some HVAC reviews on our neighborhood facebook page, and decided to give them a try. Called Thursday morning, and they were able to come out same day. Received a text message when they were on the way. Got to house, and within 5 - 10 minutes knew what the issue was. Unfortunately they did not have the part needed, so they went to pick one up, came back, and had it working in less than 30 minutes. Also checked the indoor unit and found that the capacitor on that unit was only working at 75%, but they did not have the correct size in their truck, but will come back next week with no service call fee, just the repair fee. Definitely would recommend!
Timely callback in scheduling the appointment. Straight shooters who fixed the issue same day. Could not be more happy with their work. I highly recommend their service!
