I had a friend recommend A&M Mechanical to me when I noticed my air wasn't cooling after switching from heat to AC. I was impressed with their service throughout the entire experience. They sent someone out the same day to check for the issue, and then quickly provided me with the options and prices. I ended up having a new indoor and outdoor AC unit installed. For such a high dollar and unanticipated purchase, their service made this process much more stress-free. Aaron was great in communicating the scheduling, explaining the process, and answering all of my questions. The installation team was also very professional and kind which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
I’m so glad I found A&M Mechanical. Great service. Great customer care. They beat any other price quote I received to replace the duct work in my home. Others quoted two or three days and they got it done in one. Very hard workers in this company. There was even a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. Don’t waste your time/money with anyone else. I look forward to continue having them in my home for regular maintenance and will continue to recommend them.
If you are needing to get your HVAC replaced you are probably getting some quotes, so let me save you some time. Without hearing about other quotes, A&M Mechanical gave me one that was 25-30% LESS than all of the others I got from companies that start with L, D, C, or H. They also gave ME the savings of financial processing since I paid by Check instead of having it included in all prices. They were able to get a Tech scheduled a day later. I felt was quick. I ended up needing some unexpected duct repair. Given my location, they were able to easily acquire the materials needed and repair the duct at no extra cost. I did have an issue with my payment, no fault to my own. They immediately notified me of the issue and took full accountability, made it effortless for myself, and resolved the issue. I am a resident, but as long as I own property in Nashville, I will be calling Aaron at A&M Mechanical to help with services. I strongly recommend you do the same.
A&M Mechanical came out to my house to make repairs on my HVAC system. They were able to send a technician out to my home quickly and he was on time. The technician was extremely helpful, nice to work with, and transparent with what needed to be fixed. This was probably the first time I have hired a HVAC company in which I felt they were only interested in doing what needed to be done. He stepped me through each item he looked at and gave me a honest evaluation of my system and was able to solve the issue. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I would absolutely recommend them!
Allen Price and his team (A&M Mechanical HVAC) worked on a property I needed completed for sale. They performed their work on time and the cost was fair. Excellent service and quality.
Thermostat not working, vents blowing cold air. Allen came replaced High Limit-heater working. An hour or so later heat went out again-same thing. Called Allen he said he would call office and see if he could get someone back out here-no call back to me. Called office Meghan said she would call Allen and call me back-no call back to me. Called both Allen and Meghan got recording-left message-no call back to me. A week and a half still no call back. Heater not working temperature in the 20s and below. Yes, we had ice and snow but could have at least called me back!

Everyone we dealt with was courteous, responsive to questions, provided detailed information for what we needed. Took the time to do the job right and without trying to sell us what we didn’t need. The recommendations they made were what was best for our house and our needs. Will definitely use them for future heating/cooling needs.

Aaron was so informative and responsive to our issues. He came out on a Wednesday, got us all set up, and on Thursday the crew was at our home and we had air/heat by the end of the day. They were prompt, neat and professional. During this really uncertain time in our lives, we were so grateful to have this stressful situation resolved so quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend these people to anyone.

High quality & hard working crew. Aaron came & gave me a competitive pricing on 3 Ton Train unit. Sean & David did a phenomenal job in installing the entire unit (Inside & outside). They did not take a break , worked whole day to get the unit put in & up in running. I was really amazed & impressed. They are very honest guys. I accidentally came across A & M Mechanical Services, Inc when one of my HVAC units went out on me. They supplied me the best price price and gave me that feeling that they really cared about as a customer. They did a great installation on that unit, so I tried them on servicing on my other unit. Instead of spending a few minutes or maybe 30 minutes like there competitors. They worked on that one unit for hour an half or more. I went outside to check and it looked like my unit was torn apart but it is because they check everything that was suppose to be checked and service / clean. They are my HVAC people these days and have been servicing my equipment for a few years now. Finally my main unit went out and they supplied me with the best price again for another energy efficient Trane unit. Once again, the installation was fantastic and I know when time comes for servicing I can rely on them that my units will supply me trouble free operation. If you are looking customer oriented company, I would recommend this company, A & M Mechanical Service Inc., to anyone. You can rely on them to provide the sales and service that you want plus the peace of mind.

I am extremely pleased with A&M Mechanical Services. We contracted their services in early April 2019 to assess two inefficient 30 year old home heating and cooling systems. Owner Aaron provided us a thorough, transparent and honest inspection of both systems clearly showing us the irrepairable refrigerant and air flow leaks around old systems. Gave us trusted recommendation information on a number replacement efficient AC and furnace products and guided us through the selection process in an unbiased fashion. Replaced 2 old AC Units and air handler and the oldest 30 year old furnace. Newer 10 year old furnace unit was in good condition and did not require replacement. The A&M nstallation/maintenance crew was very cordial professional and courteous (and hilarious) and willing to work extended hours to complete the project in one day. After having the new units since April 2019 (5 months) during the hottest spring summer and early fall Iwe have experienced, our monthly electric energy cost were cut by as much as 78 percent. I am embarrassed to give the amount of our monthly electric energy bill cost during the same 5-6 month period the past 5 years .Let's just say we were throwing away a ridiculous amount of money on energy and maintenance costs. We have had nightmare experiences with a number of other larger popular name HVAC companies but interacting with A&M has been a pleasant, no gimmicks and no pressure experience. No crafty sales pitches but pleasant conversation to help me and allow me to determine the best option that worked for me I am pleased with the installed units, workmanship and quality materials used and the service agreement. A&M Mechanical is a locally owned company that is built on a proud family legacy (from my initial conversation with the owner Aaron).. The integrity and commitment to excellence of this company is evident and has won me over. I highly recommend and will recommend A&M Mechanical Services. Give them a call, especially for
