Al came out on a SUNDAY and repaired my HVAC unit in less than an hour. He is complete professional (and lifesaver according to my family). I will definitely use White Flag for any future HVAC need.
We found our unit to have no power in 90+ degree heat on a Sunday. Within an hour they responded and treated us fair and honestly and fixed the issue. These days you can’t find many companies that care and help! They do and did! Al and his team are there for you and work hard. Thank you!
BEST plumbing company period!! I had a pressure valve leaking on the morning of July 4th. I was in a panic knowing it was a holiday weekend. From the initial call, the lady who answered was courteous, pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out within 1hr of my call. Allen, the plumber arrived in 45mins. He was very nice and professional. He had the part needed and replaced the valve within 30 mins. I would definitely recommend White Flag to anyone!!!!! Thank you again for the great experience.
White Flag has been my go to HVAC and plumbing contractor for 3 years now. Our relationship began as they helped us remodel an abandoned home - Al stuck with us through some really awful scenarios and earned our trust and business for life. I want to thank Al for his outstanding customer service that he provided on Sunday afternoon repairing a waterline break to our home which if it wasn’t repaired would have left us needing to go a hotel for the evening. Our system had failed and a replacement was guaranteed within 24 hours but they were able to deliver within 4 hours. In addition, they were able to assist with a plumbing issue. Converting an unattached garage into a family living area has been a “supply chain” challenge on our part. Al and his crew worked around countertop installation and my husband’s broken leg delays. They made several trips to do all plumbing, including attaching to septic system, and installed ductless heating/cooling system which we love! They went above and beyond our expectations! White Flag will be our “go-to” for any future plumbing or heating needs.

Al picked up the phone late Saturday afternoon on the first ring and had our heating system up and running first thing Sunday AM (including getting parts). Couldn’t have been more clutch. He and his team are always pure class. Highly recommend getting them in your corner.

We arrived at our business on Monday morning after a weekend snow and discovered that a vehicle had ran off the road over the weekend and destroyed our back flow valve and piping at the water main. Of course we had no water to our building and were going to have to close down our business, but I called White Flag and they had their team on our property within the hour and within 2 hours had completed the repair and restored water to our building. Very professional and responsive and did the work for a fair price as well.

Al and his team are great. I highly recommend. Get quotes from the big HVAC/Plumbing companies but have White Flag install your HVAC and water heater. White Flag will give you a better price and more personal service.
