Amazing service! Came home to a blown GFI/electrical and my AC was out on one of the hottest days in the summer and Chris came right out at 9pm at night to help. He is my hero! I recommend him to everyone :)
Great experience dealing with Chris. Same day service for a checkup on my system. Helped get a compressor swapped on my unit to keep me going for the foreseeable future. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone in the area!
We needed HVAC maintenance and chose to try Tactical. Called on 06/01/23, expecting to get an appointment in a week or so. Spoke with Chris who offered to come out THAT EVENING. After his maintenan e was complete he explained that the compressor was out of specs and could quit any time. He offered to come out 2 days later to install one, and ended up coming out the next morning. He and Joey did an excellent iinstall at a fair price. And, are two good folks! Whole heartedly recommended! Thanks Chris, and Joey too!

Chris at Tactical 511 was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to get our central heat unit working again quickly. The issue ended up being bigger than originally anticipated, but he kept at it until we were back up and running. He saved us thousands of dollars by doing the repair instead of the alternative replacement we were being recommended by others. I couldn't be happier with the service and will refer others their way.

I called him for HAVC service where I wanted to fix a issue the fan was kept running even when it reaches temperature set in thermostat Initial I was told, nothing wrong with heating system and after some time, he tried to replace heat sequence....That did not fix the issue. Later he said, problem with heating kit and he said $680. When I said, there is no problem with the heating and keep existing one...he tells me that something broke while opening it and it has to be replaced with the new now. Now, I had no choice but has to replace heating kit hoping fan issue will fix. I realized after some time, that did not fix the issue. When I called him again, he said there is some problem Switch, which controls the fan which he charged me $250. I said if that fixes the issue, I would go for it. He replaced it and also, he replaced a broken thermostat and he said it is new one/working thermostat. Even after spending $900, the fan issue did not fix. Finally, I ordered goole nest thermostat, which fixed the fan issue. Conclusion -he did not diagnosis the problem correctly. -If something brakes, he should replace it without charing the customer. -I don't recommend this service.
Chris was very prompt and efficient and his prices were great. I would definitely use him again
Chris came over to look at our heating system as that was giving us trouble. He stayed for an hour running some diagnostic checks, including going up into our attic and into the crawlspace. He ended up resetting something on our thermostat and told us that was most likely the issue but to call him back if it didn't seem to help. After spending all that time here looking into it he didn't charge us anything. Talk about an honest guy who really wants to help. I would gladly use Chris and Tactical 511 anytime I have an HVAC need in the future. Thanks again Chris!
