My heat went out during one of our infamous spring cold spells. My home warranty company called M&A to have them service the call. Allen with M&A came that day, and had my heat working again in just a few minutes. I cannot express how nice and knowledgeable Allen was, and I will not hesitate to use them for my routine maintenance twice a year going forward. Thank you Allen, and M&A.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I called at 4:30 PM, they were out by 7:30 A.M. the next morning (as promised) and completely repaired my system by 8:15 (with the parts on the truck). Great service and price. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have used this company for quite some time. I was initially introduced to them through my home warranty. M&A came out to clean up the work of another company. I have used them since. Very thorough and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing! I am one who wants to follow and ask questions. Allen- was very patient and didn’t mind me asking questions to make sure I understood my system! This company is highly recommend.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! My AC was blowing but not blowing cold, it did the same last year when going from heat to air, so i knew what the problem was ,so i explained to the contractor when he arrived. I told him it must be a leak somewhere." He stated well i have to put freon in it first because the warrenty company does not allow him to do a diagnostic, but if leaks out within 3 months, he will come back and do a diagnosis. " Well guess what, within a month, AC blows but not blowing cold again. So i called the the warrenty company to call them back out to my residence. Same contractor came back, I explained the same thing to him. He checked the unit and yes the freon is very low, (NOW HE JUST FILLED IT UP A MONTH AGO) so he checks the unit in the house and "says well it must be the evaporator coil because that's the only thing it could be and that he had to contact my home warranty company to order the part so it may be a few days" Well 2 1/2 weeks later I had not heard anything from the contractor or M&A HVAC. So I called to ask what was the status on the part that was suppose to be ordered because its been over 2 weeks. Well the receptionist said she did not have and parts ordered nor did she have a diagnosis in the system and that "I HAD TO CALL MY WARRENTY COMPANY " I called my warrenty company and asked them, they told me that M&A NEVER GAVE THEM A DIAGNOSTIC NOR TOLD THEM ABOUT ANY PARTS TO BE ORDERED. So I had the warrenty company called while I was on the phone. The M&A receptionist told the warrenty company receptionist on the phone that she had to give them the number to the contractor that came to my residence because she did not know what he had done or what his diagnosis was. SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME WITHIN 24HRS WITH RESULTS, NO ONE CALLED ME. I called the receptionist 3 days later, she said she would call me back at 3pm, and she never did. So I called the following day, she says I tried calling you back but the phone just kept ringing but I

First call was impressive and the HVAC worked for 3 months. Follow up call, Allan did not accomplish anything and the HVAC worked for another 2 weeks and the unit shut down entirely. After calling 2 10 home warranty, Allan came by and said the compressor is bad and that was 5/29/202. As of today and not hearing from him or his wife who answers the phone when she has nothing else to do we found out M& A CALLED THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY cancelling the service call. They are the most dishonest and unprofessional people I have come across.

Great service providers! A very nice sounding lady answer my call for help as my family and my self woke up to a 86 degree home. 86 may not sound hot to you but I like to have it so cold I could hang meat in the house if I was into that kind of thing. M&A’s office works scrambled to get me on the schedule ASAP. I understand I’m not the only customer they have but I sure did feel like I was. Guy came out in clean uniform and got straight to work. Came to the door and told me parts would be need to fix the problem. He also told me that the parts store had the part and could fix it today. Duh I said. Fix it. Sure! Needless to say I’m back in my hoodie in the middle of the dog saga of summer. 5 stars

WORSE company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Took forever to answer calls. The lady set up an appointment and the technician never came. She finally calls the next day and said they didn’t have my address which was given to them by the home warranty company. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!

They have been the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They were dispatched through our home warranty company and did not show or call on the day they were supposed to arrive. After a couple of weeks of Involving management with our warranty company they finally came. Two weeks later I got a call about not paying my bill with whom I had already spoken with Alan about because the warranty company was paying for it. They also sent info to M&A they would be paying. Then this weekend I had a threatening voicemail from Alan regarding my “bill” that I have not paid. Three times we’ve had the same conversation now. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate within their office. Every time we spoke, they never apologized and placed blame on our warranty company. I would never recommend them to anyone.
