So happy to find this company! Our heat had been out for almost a month while we had another company out (Not Powell brothers) and each time they came out it was something else and we had enough. We called Powell Brothers and they were out the next day and had it fixed all within an hour. They know exactly what they are doing. Great business!!

Our AC went out on a very hot day. They responded very promptly and had it running again within an hour of showing up. Great service. I recommend.
They will run you off their property immediately during business hours and call you a theif if they don't think you are doing business with them
This is an outstanding business! We had an HVAC system replaced in our home last week and this company completed the work in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We did encounter a small problem after the installation and Brad (the owner)came to our house and resolved the issue immediately. Their work and support are outstanding, and their service has been wonderful - the day they replaced our unit as well as the other times that they provided maintenance on our former units. We can't say enough good things about Powell Brothers in Clinton! Vicki Violette

The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and the installation of our new unit only took a couple of hours from start to finish. From the first phone call into the office and through the installation we were very happy with Powell Brothers and would definitely recommend them.
These guys found a leak in my system. All others contractors wanted to replace system. Powell Bros. fixed instead! Saved me thousands!
Great Company! Our air conditioner stopped working Sunday afternoon so I called Powell Brothers in Clinton. Brad showed up right away and got it up and running. Amazing to find customer service this great still exists. We are so grateful for Brad and Powell Brothers!!! Very very reasonable price!

Powell Brothers did a great job in trouble-shooting and repairing my 13 year-old "war horse" AC/heat unit. The crew that showed up at my house were extremely knowledgeable and actually fun to work with. They helped me make a tough decision on whether to repair or replace my unit. Happy to report, they were able to repair/upgrade parts on my old unit and it is running like new. I highly recommend these awesome folks.
The office followed up twice with me to make sure the time for the repair of my Google Nest Thermostat met my schedule. The technicians were on time. They were courteous and professional. I had spent over three hours on the phone with Google technical help and crawled under my house twice. They took one look at the thermostat wiring and identified the problem. Fortunately it was a quick fix. (Just to note, the Google technicians on the phone were courteous and worked hard to figure out the problem. They also did not charge me for the repair by Powell Brothers).

Super solid place
My elderly mother needed insulation installed. They came out and said would have estimate,after couple days of hearing nothing. She called back,they said would call here right back,week later no calls still. Guess customer service doesn't exist or they only want big money jobs. "Sad" Clinton deserves better.

Kenny Powell serviced my mini-split heat pump system and it is performing well. He showed up on time with all required adapters and equipment. We discussed other options including home weatherization. I plan to use Powell Brothers for attic insulation this Winter. Fast response, knowledgeable and fair priced. Thanks
Great respectful people fair priced
I came home to a cold house and a unit that wasn't responding yesterday being a single mother I was worried my kids would be cold seeing as the temperature had dropped and it was only gonna get colder. I called Powell Brothers whom installed my unit and with in an hour Jeremy was at my house fixing the problem he went out of his way to answer my question and help me, in no time my unit was back up and running. Thank you all so much at Powell Brothers for being so responsive and always going above and beyond!
