Great communication, integrity and fair prices. Previous HVAC guy tried to charge me $1000 for 11.5lbs of 410A. I will be counting on them again!

JACS Heating & Cooling customer service was phenomenal! Mike took my call on a Sunday and was able to get me scheduled promptly on Monday! Knowing I was without heat in the middle of a cold front Mike made me a top priority. He and his technician Kaleb were very knowledgeable and polite. They were happy to answer all my questions. JACS was also very reasonable with his pricing. I took several business cards and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you Mike and Kaleb!

Excellent service, sent tech over same day, he was very knowledgeable and found the problem immediately. The owner called and explained our options, ordered the parts and they were installed in 2 days so we had heat. I would recommend this business to anyone.
No I do not recommend this place they came out to check my unit and they put a $20 capacitor part on (without telling me what was wrong with it first and pricing it to me) and then told me I owed $276.95. Lesson learned!! They got their money but they will not be getting anymore of my money nor my business!!

Mike and Kenny are awesome guys who get the job done in an expeditious manner! We recently moved to Knoxville and based on a recommendation of our real estate agent, we contacted them about replacing our HVAC system in the house we were buying. They were there within a few days and expertly installed a new, awesome system that has worked well. They went on to replace our hot water heater that they noticed was about to fail and did this the next day!. We are more than pleased with the incredible job and immediate service these guys provide!! They are one of the reasons we moved to Knoxville, the great and caring people who live here!
Technician was very friendly and gave me good advice on my dryer duct, which was outside of the scope of what he was there to do. Vey responsive and professional - I would recommend JACS, and Kenny was great.

I used JAC three years ago when my husband and I had just bought our first home. The owner Mike was very informative and friendly. We couldn’t afford to install a new AC at the time but his crew worked with us. Three years later they came to do some maintenance on our AC. They have always been a professional and affordable business that works hard to keep their customers happy. I highly recommend Mike and his crew. We were very happy with the service and team!
