Showed up within two hours of my entering the request on their website. Super nice fellow. Fixed the problem and was gone in less than an hour. Very positive experience. My house is cooling again!
I believe Dmetry did a good job for One Hour. He is very pleasant and helpful. The staff at One Hour were professional and easy to deal with when I rescheduled my appointment. I wish their carpentry people had time to help me with my privacy fence gate. I will probably call them again.
They've done my plumbing, they helped me with leaks, and now they're working on my air-conditioning. Always great service from beginning to end and they were able to see me same day on a hot summer afternoon. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they always guarantee their work. I went ahead and bought a membership.
My tech Keith was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about my AC system and gave me good suggestions and options to my repairs.

We had an issue with our downstairs unit not working and one-hour sent Mr Joel Scott out to us to service the AC unit. He was very professional, kind, and, charismatic, making us feeling at ease during the entirety of the experience. Issue got addressed within a timely manner. If you want an amazing technician, request for Mr.Joel!!!
If you has ever had AC issues in the Clarksville summers you know how important it is to have a great, responsive company. And I will say I have nothing but great things to say about 1 hour heating and air conditioning. We have two units (one for upstairs and one for downstairs- both were just builder grade) last winter our downstairs motor went out and this is when we first used this company. They were out and went over options and went pushy on which direction we wanted to do. We replaced the motor same day with universal motor. After a few month it was having issues and the company sent someone over immediately to check out the issues and it was a defect in the motor so they replaced it without any extra “issues” with the unit. At the beginning of the summer, we had the upstairs motor lock up and burnout- which not knowing what it was brought the Montgomery fire department and 1/2 of my neighbors out to my house. They couldn’t find a cause for the smoke and recommend to call an AC company. I then called 1 hour and they made sure to get a tech out within a few hours. Dmetry was the tech who responded and was a great person to work with! He was not only professional- he spoke to me, a woman, with respect and confidence that I could make decisions and never talked down to me or try to refer to my husband (who was gone for a work trip) Dmetry Walked me through options for fixing the issues and also gave the option of replacing the unit. Again without pressuring in any direction. At first I said let’s just fix the issue- but changed our decision to replace our units (our home was a rental property for years prior to our purchase and also had builder grade systems place) The representative that came to speak over systems also treated me with respect and we ended up replacing both units with them. Another unrelated call had Dmetry returning and again I can say nothing but great things about their techs, service call personnel and company. Thank you for making a

First off let me tell you I have been having a very hard week. I have been dealing with medical problems with a family member in another state. And when our AC whent out for two days, it was very difficult for my ASD son. Who also suffers from eczema. And the heat with sweating made it so much worse. Now One hour has ALWAYS had wonderful technicians. But today we had JOEL come visit. Yall. I have made a new brother in spirit! This young man, listened to my venting, didn't mind my child, didn't mind our animals. AND THATS NOT IT. He didn't quite know what was causing the problem. BUT. HE. STAYED. HE DIDNT LEAVE TILL HE KNEW WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF. He found a possible fire threat and replaced a breaker. (That hit me hard as we have had a fire before that injured both my son and husband)But that still didn't fix the problem. HE STAYED LONGER . He risked shock pulling every wire out and testing each one. Till he found what we think was the problem. And he fixed it. Then upon leaving. HE STAYED LONGER TO COME BACK AND MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL RUNNING. brother Joel. When all my energy was used up helping others this week. Your kind words and dedication to help ME, made my heart grow even more. I bless your days and pray the lord keep you safe and happy thank you.

Came home to it being over 80 degrees upstairs, I called them and paid the extra few bucks for them to come immediately and they were here within 90 minutes! David was very nice and fixed our unit in 10 minutes flat! It was a simple fix and I was very happy with the service

Dmetry was fantastic. Very professional, and very quick at diagnosing the blown capacitor on our AC unit. If you need AC service One hour is great but ask for Demetry as your tech, you won't go wrong.
