Mike was excellent! Took his time replacing the part. Checked all the pressures and temperatures to make sure everything worked correctly after install. Our heating unit went out on 23 Dec 2022 during single digit degree weather and on Christmas Eve Eve. We were so fortunate to have called DOC Heating and Cooling. Chad Darrow diagnosed our problem and had our unit working in no time. He was very professional, responsive, reasonable, competent and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this company.

Our AC was not working, I picked this company based on their reviews and was not disappointed. Chad was sent out to look at our AC and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and patient and explained everything to me. We had to replace our unit and I never felt pressured he gave me several options and was able to replace everything the next day. The entire crew that came out was professional and very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly the only company I trust. I had issues with a previous company and DOC Heating and Cooling literally went above and beyond. The other company is suspected of damaging my unit. It's a long story, but DOC Heating and Cooling came and picked up an old unit for no cost out of my yard along with working in cold weather until late in the evening to make sure I had working heat for the freeze that night. Impeccable service, friendly, and trustworthy! They were also one of the cheapest quotes I found.t

What an amazing company... Darrow Heating and Cooling was the ONLY a/c company that actually answered the phone, they gave me a same day appointment, they kept me informed on their arrival and got my a/c back on for a very low price. Darrow Heating and Air dispatched two guys who were so extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail what our 103 year old home needed to be more energy efficient AND referred us to some local contractors to help us reach our goal. I would and will refer Darrow to my family and friends in a heartbreat.
They came, fixed my AC and cleaned up all the water in my basement that flooded from it. 100% recommend.

Long story short, we are under home warranty and the warranty company called a shotty HVAC company to come out. Darrow Heating and cooling was the company that did our original home inspection. After wasting $$ we called and talked to Chad. He offered to have someone come out free of charge to do a check. The tech Michael was very professional and fixed the problem the correct way the 1st time. Highly recommend this company Watch out for Air Essential location in Clarksville there owner Brett is an idiot and has no clue on how to fix HVAC units or thermostats
