A/C semiannual check up. On time, courteous & professional. Great value.
Lee Company has been amazing in one of the worst times in our life. About 6 months ago we had a big leak in our house and have been dealing with contractors, HVAC technicians, insurance and warranty companies and it has all been a nightmare. Inferior work, people not following through, going over budget, cancelling appointments and delays. Luckily we didn't experience any of those problems while working with Lee Company to do our electrical work. All the technicians were professional and friendly, they were very knowledgeable, did quality work, and they showed up when they said they would—they were even a few minutes early some times! They also send you detailed photos and videos of before and after the work. They make you feel like they actually care about you and the problems you're having. Great company, would definitely recommend.

I didn't know Lee Company offered handyman services but their electrician mentioned it to me. I used them to replace my attic stairs (hatch in ceiling would not close flush anymore) and some other things around my home. The service was great!
The technician was thorough with his inspection and provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. He did a great job.
Always professional service with quality service personnel. We use their preventive maintenance services which identifies small repairs before they result in major problems.
The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in his investigation of the AC unit. He was quick to find out what the problem was, explained it in detail, and had it up and running in no time.
Robbie was very helpful and explained everything to me in great detail.
Highly recommend Lee Company! We needed our range gas/propane oven adjusted. The flames were too high on the cook top. The first service tech that was sent out did not have the correct tools. He called one of the other guys that normally did that type of work and they sent him out a few hours later. Prices are very reasonable. The service techs and office staff are professional and courteous. The next time we need help with HVAC, Electrical Plumbing, or Appliance we will be calling Lee Company.
Both the electric and HVAC technicians were on time on the dot! They knew what they were doing and were efficient and shared a detailed report of the inspection/maintenance performed. The quotes for some work that needs to be done were way off for materials. Same/similar materials I could see at Home Depot at a much lower price. I did not ask if they would perform service if I bought materials myself but even then fees of chaning a celing fan quote at $250 seemed a little too high!
Great company. Super professional. They replaced my 20 years old hvac perfectly. New unit, new duct, new thermostat, and great price as well! Thank you so much!
Pretty expensive. Repairman mumbled what it would cost. Never saw it in writing. Faucets shouldn't cost $500.00
John is always professional and completes the task timely when he is here. They always call when they are on the way.
There is a two hour window for your scheduled appointment(reasonable). I would suggest if the technician cannot make the appointment, someone in the office should reach out to the customer to keep them informed after the 1st hour. I have a maintenance contract with this company. I have been with them for years. While it states you have a certain number of inspections included, you are charged a "trip fee" which can be as high as $80.00. This does not include parts and labor. Repairs are expensive. You are discouraged from purchasing the parts on your own with the, "we can only offer a warranty if you use our parts because others are low standard." I don't know what to do at this point. It's my fault for not reading the fine print. I still need the repair. There are a lot of things on the list I would love to have done to my home, however I know I can't afford it...but I know I can't afford not to have them done. I think I have lost faith in this company over the years and for that I am sorry.
Had exterior water faucet replaced due to constant leak. Quick response, appoint the next day. Evaluation, estimate and repair same day.
The individuals that have always come to my residence have been professional and are always willing to answer any questions.
I had two maintenance service done today 1st was the AC and the 2sd was the plumbing’s. Both of your services employees where very polite, friendly and professional. After the service was done they explain to me the results and again I couldn’t be more please. I have use LEE’S COMPANY for the last 12 years and was always impressed with the results, from booking the appointment to the end of the service performed.
They put in a UV light due to the extreme heat in my attic. Was told this would kill & detour mold growth. Also had to replace the tape molding around the front of the unit in the attic.
Your workers were on time and did a great job they were very professional and kept the area clean and educated me a little bit as to what they were doing and how things worked
