Daniel and Justin were able to quickly locate the clog and eliminate it. They were professional and friendly and responsive to my questions. The cost of the entire job was fair and reasonable. They told me how much it would cost before they began work. I'm pleased to say there were no unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Hiller.
Tech notifications with phone call, text and email. Arrived early. Fixed my AC within an hour, and explained everything.

Great company! I love being part of the Happy Hiller Club! The maintenance plan is absolutely amazing and the technicians are very knowledgeable! They ALWAYS fix the problem FIRST time! Highly recommend.

Douglas was knowledgeable and carried his self in a professional way. He answered all our questions concerning our unit. I also appreciate the fact this he was conscientious of not tracking debris into the house.

This company really know there job and care or at least display a caring attitude towards it's customers. This is from there customer service to there onsite workers. I've used other business in Clarksville for other things but no other business come close to the standard of customer satisfaction as Hiller 😃.

There was a cancellation so they got to me a few hours earlier and the technician was great! Kept me updated with what he was doing and did everything he could to keep it the least expensive he could which he did. Recommend working with Maleek anytime!!

The Hiller guys were able to get here before scheduled and did a great job. The guys that showed up were super nice and professional. They explained the problem and had it fixed fast. I will be calling them again for future needs.
Doug was very nice and prompt. He explained how long everything would take and when he was done he showed me what he did to service my air conditioning unit.
The Hiller employee showed up on time. He got right to work fixed the problem. And was gone in less than an hour. I appreciated the quick response time and quick repair time.
We had Douglas M. as our Hiller representative coming to service our HVAC unit. Upon pulling up to the house, our dogs went ballistic. As he stepped in, he proved to be a dog whisperer as well as HVAC wizard! He pet them each once, & they started relaxing. He then gave us the rundown on the service he was going to do, & I accompanied him as he walked me through it & taught me things I should know about my unit at home. Some things needed repairs/fixing, & he did exactly that. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was quick & Hiller as a company is very affordable. We will be moving out of the area soon, but it’s a shame because we would be using Hiller for our plumbing/electrical as well with the outstanding service they provided. 5 stars is not enough of a metric to show how affordable, genuine, & excellent of an experience it was to have Hiller & Doug helping us out. If you see this, thanks again Doug!
When they day they'll be there, they mean it and do great work every time. Thank you Hiller! Our toilet flushes better than ever!
Steven and Josh were on time, even called us when they were 20mn out. They were very professional and friendly and walked us through the process and answered our questions. 2 more technicians showed up later to assist with our outside water line replacement and all 4 techs were very efficient and worked well together. The project went very smoothly and they did an awesome cleanup job. Will highly recommend them to others and will definitely use them again for our future projects or repairs.
