Randy is great. I’ve used him several times over the years. His prices are have always been more than fair. He’s honest and doesn’t try to get you to do unneeded repairs or replacements. On one occasion my compressor broke and he easily could have sold me on replacing the whole unit (I know almost nothing about HVACs). Instead he did the needed repairs at a low cost and it’s worked great ever since.
The staff both on the phone and in person qere professional, fast and extremely efficient. Erik who came out was great!!!! He worked fast to fix my a/c unit. He double checked everything to make sure it worked properly and made sure I would not have any other issues with my a/c. He was honest and didn't try to sell me parts i didn't need. Most honest company for air i have worked with since I have been up here. I would highly recommend them
Randy was very prompt and came to troubleshoot and fix our HVAC system the very same day! He happily took the time to explain to me in detail what he believed was wrong and my options. He worked efficiently and in no time we had heat back into our home. In my opinion he is far superior and more personable that any big wig company. If we ever have any issues pertaining to our systems I would most definitely contact him once more and refer family or friends!
Have been using All-Weather for HVAC maintenance and repair for years. Randy Paschall has always been quick to respond to calls, and all were after-hours. We were facing a large parts/labor bill, and he went above and beyond to find a solution to reduce the parts expense. We're now moving, and hope to find the same honest and affordable service in our new area. Absolutely recommend. Thanks Randy!

took them no time at all to fix the problem, didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed, also very easy to talk too. I would recommend them for anyone who needs there unit fixed.
Randall and his partner came by same day I called and quickly fixed a minor issue. He was even able to provide suggestions for our hvac to help reduce mold and humidity in our house. Will definitley call him again if nothing else because he prices fairly.

I called first thing this morning when we smelled burning and our smoke detectors started going off. Randy answered right away and let me know what it could potentially be. He had a full day scheduled already and wasnt sure if he could get by to see it today, but he would let me know if he was nearby and would have time to look today. He called around noon and came by the same day. Lucky for us nothing was wrong with our hvac but Randy gave us the peace of mind that it was safe to turn it back on. If we need anything else hvac related he will be the guy we call. I will recommend him to everyone!

From the first call, the best experience I've had with any home repair. Very professional and knowledgeable with their job. As a home owner I learned alot just by talking with them. They are very well priced and helpful with all the questions I had. I am recommending them to anyone I know that needs heating and A/C repair or services!

Randy was great. I called him at 8am and he was here by 10am. Took less than 30 minutes to diagnose and fix our AC problem. Best part was that it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. I will be keeping Randy in my contacts for future needs. Thanks again!! :)
You need your AC unit worked on Randy is the best I've ever come across. The man knows what he is doing and you can tell just from talking to him for a few minutes. If I ever need my unit worked on again he is the person I'm going to call. That is the highest recommendation I can give. 5 stars isn't enough....
Randy was the best thing that could have happened to us. Our ac compressor went out and left me my wife and our little girl roasting in 90 degree temerature when it was cooler than that outside. Other companies had been giving us the run around and one text to randy from my wife and he was out to inspect our unit that same evening and he went so far above and beyond anything we could have asked for and went the extra mile to salvage everything he could from the old parts to help save us money. I absolutely recommend calling him. You will not regret it.
