Lance was amazing! He got my unit back up and running in no time. It was a day before one of the hottest days of the year. He was so thorough and walked me through the process and the what to expect with the next few hours. I would recommend them hands down!
We've used action air for some time now and are very pleased with the service. The tech has been to our house a couple of times. This particular time our unit went down, although they couldn't come out right away due to weather conditions, they showed up as soon as they could. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. Lance, the technician, is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. The value is immeasurable. Especially when it's hot and your air unit goes down.
My A/C was not turning on and its the heat of the summer. Zach came out and gave great customer service and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again

I've been using Action Air for years to include the installation of my HVAC and it's maintenance which I do every six months. I think they are a great company to be associated with for heating a cooling needs.
I’m usually not one to write reviews, however, the service we received today was amazing! Our technicians Cam and Hayden did a wonderful job checking up on our units and filled us in with some of the information regarding the unit. They went the extra mile in regards to information and we could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Action Air was recommended by friends when we moved here 3 years ago. We have used their services ever since for existing maintenance and had a new unit installed last year. Make this company your only call for HVAC services. Amazing, reliable, trustworthy, well trained team of professionals!

Hayden from Action Air performed our yearly maintenance checkup and cleaning, and I am highly recommending Action Air's service. He helped me understand a one-time cooling issue even with my erroneous description by identifying a few capacitors that needed to replaced, and didn't try to upsell or pressure me to approve expensive repairs. One of the capacitors in an external compressor needed to be replaced right away, and he was able to do that quickly, while showing me the other capacitors that I could replace on my own. I'll be using them for all HVAC work on our property going forward
