Unprofessional. They were supposed to call me, they didn't. Then when I reached them they gave me date and time. No show no call.

Josh was AWESOME! On time, friendly, polite, actually explained what was wrong with my unit and showed me, attentive, very VERY professional. He had 2 other units he took care of on the property and knocked them all out within a decent time! Y'all got a good one, A1! Thank you, Josh! Super appreciate you!

A1 technician Harley came our house to service our two systems. Harley was very professional and through and patient with ALL my questions.. Harley’s attention to detail was outstanding.. I’ve had my systems serviced many times by another company.. no one , I mean no one, was as through as Harley.. Harley is dedicated in his job and is an asset to A1 Heating & Cooling.. I will request Harley for another service..

Mr. Perry sent a representative out on a 100 degree day a few days ago. Replaced new air unit that afternoon. Price very reasonable. Lou and his crew very very professional. Mr Perry even checked to be sure we were cool that night. THANK YOU A-1.
I called this morning. A father's day Sunday morning, because my ac went out yesterday, and in no time at all Corey called and said he'd be here soon. And he was, and he was beyond nice, and beyond helpful, and showed me, and explained to me what happened, why it happened, and then explained how to prevent it from happening again. The whole time corey was here, working in the heat. On a father's day, he was the most nice, courteous, and understanding person, that I totally wouldn't expect him to be under these conditions. Kudos to him. And a1 for making this the best experience I have ever had with a hvac company.
We contacted A1, they came as soon as we called and had air back up and running within an hour!!! Extremely thankful for their friendly customer service and highly recommend them for all your hvac needs!!!
They are by far the best company I’ve used! So friendly, patient, affordable and very professional. I highly recommend them. Family owned. They installed my mini split for my salon and I’ve had zero problems out of it.
We called A-1 when our upstairs unit went out. They came out quickly and took care of everything! Very professional, the job was quick, they were very neat and very pleasant! Also, the pricing was VERY reasonable. We recommend calling them if you want a fair price and good service.... I can't stress that enough! Thank you again.
