They didn’t show up for the original appointment or the rescheduled appointment. I’ve been unable to reach them since then.

Duane is our go to for all things HVAC or gas needs. We are a real estate group that has had many client HVAC inspections, repairs and replacements. Comfort Systems also I stalks tankless hot water heaters. My business was partner and I use this company on our personal al homes as well. Duane has come through many times when we were in a pinch. We wouldn’t consider using another company for our HVAC needs. 😊❤️

If you are having any heating or cooling issues don’t hesitate to call Comfort Systems. They are professional, knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. Duane was friendly and prompt. I’ve worked with a few companies over the years and Comfort Systems is the best by far.

Very professional, I would highly recommend these guys. They were on time and fixed my AC problem the same day it stopped working.
Unprofessional. Doesn't ever answer the phone and doesn't show up on time to promised appointments. Took the day off to have services performed. It wasn't until I called around noon (I had a morning appt) then text him, did he bother to respond. Only then did he say it'll be the afternoon before he'd show up. I do not recommend this company.

Over promises and under-performs. Difficult to reach after multiple missed appointments. He installed a whole house humidifier that has yet to work. Duane is a very nice man but unfortunately I cannot give a good rating after working with him enough to see a consistent pattern.
