Installation was so poorly done, he never installed a filter, never registered the system, bad unit that ruined my ceiling and kept freezing. He lied about what the real issue is and I had to call another company. He refused to cover the labor for the repair under warranty even though it was a day 1 issue. I would not recommend even to my worse enemy. This install has been the worst and most expensive mistake ever.
Great service and reliability
We have had two very positive experiences with this company! Dependable, fast and honest!!! Would highly recommend, as we have dealt with other HVAC companies in the Nashville area who are overpriced and just trying to squeeze every penny out of you.
Serviceman, Jimmy, was very conscientious and showed that he truly cared about the quality of his work. I have dealt with Owner Sharon & Keith at BCC for a number of years. Wonderful company! Very responsive with excellent service. Cody is our trusty technician and does a very thorough and professional job keeping our heating/cooling unit is great shape. We will definitely include Cody when the time comes for a new unit!

Fast service and they are honest company. Fixed my really old AC unit when others would have told me it needs to be replaced.
Can't speak highly enough about these guys. They've always suggest the quick fix and the long term solution, and allowed me to decide what fits our budget for this season of life. Can't ask for anything more. They're in the service industry, and they realize that customer service is priority #1.
My heat went out at 2:00 am New Years Eve. Brentwood Comfort was one of the two companies to return my call New Years Day. After I asked the tech, Jonathan if he could come out then on New Years Day, he was honest enough to tell me that “yes, but there would be a $120.00 charge yet there was nothing they could do until the next day after the parts stores open. He called me the next morning promptly at 8 am and told me half my emergency back up was not working and could be replaced, that I wouldn’t have to have a new unit. Told him I was ready for a new unit as this one was of low end quality, almost 20 years old and this was the 3rd time I’d awakes to a burning smell with the heat failing. I highly recommend Brentwood Comfort. Sharon in the office stayed on top of things as we had to wait 4 days to replace unit as I choose gas and the gas company couldn’t get out til then. She even offered to loan me a heater until my new unit was installed. Then there was another problem with trying to get the gas tech out the day they were to come. Jonathan spent approximately an hour and half trying to have the gas tech sent out. And finally did. These folks are amazing and really make a stressful situation as easy as possible for their customers. Definitely 5 stars!!!
Terrible and inept. Their tech came over and replaced our blower motor. The new motor failed after about a month so I called them to come back and fix it. Instead of checking the motor the tech checks my outside unit and proceeds to tell me that it's completely out of freon (lie), has a punctured coil (lie) and will not hold a charge. Said that I needed a brand new outside unit. I asked him why is he checking my unit when it's the motor that he just installed that needs to be fixed. He said that since he just fixed it he knows that it wouldn't be responsible for the loss of air circulation. I told him to leave and called Heritage Heating and Cooling who by the grace of God was able to reverse the techs screw ups and fix my blower motor and outdoor unit.
This is the only company you should use. I had an issue with a 10 ton RTU. I used another local company who told me I needed to replace the 17 month old unit. I had Brentwood Comfort go out and they found the issue in a few hours. Brentwood is HONEST - PROFESSIONAL- KNOWLEDGEABLE and they have INTEGRITY in their services. Keith the tech was great. You do not need to look for a company this company is number 1
Brentwood Comfort Control is absolutely wonderful to work with. On top of their knowledge and experience, they bent over backwards to ensure my family had air up and running quickly and affordably. I am now a customer for life!
Hottest day of the year here in midTN. My home AC gives out. Convinced I would need a new HVAC system, I call BrentwoodCCC. They come out to prepare an estimate for a replacement. While gathering details for the quote, the tech discovers the cause of my current failure. He offers to fix it on the spot, and 30 minutes later, my house is cooling! The service I received from BrentwoodCCC is exactly what every customer wants - honesty and integrity. I look forward to receiving their service again, and would recommend them to all of my friends
After 3 estimates from other Heating companies in Nashville, Brentwood Comfort Control was by far the lowest. I could not believe the professional service I received. They did such a great job and it was in a timely manner as well. I recommend Brentwood Comfort Control to anybody in Tennessee.
