Woke up to severe water damage in my bedroom ceiling. I called McBride Electric and they were on scene within two hours. I had a leaking drip pan in the attic under my AC handler. They fixed the leak and made a couple of pipe adjustments to better drain the pan in the future. After only a couple hours, everything was fixed, I learned some valuable information for maintenance I can do on my own in the future, and the price was very fair. These guys saved the day and were nice and professional. I will be using them from here on out. Thanks McBride!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I HAD THEM COME OUT TO CHECK MY UNIT BECAUSE IT WASN'T BLOWING COLD AIR. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE UNIT BECAUSE THE CONDENSER WAS BAD. I GOT A SECOND OPINION. TURNS OUT THEY TURNED OFF MY BREAKER AND CUT WIRES TO MY UNIT. I WAS TOLD MY CONDENSER IS FINE BUT MY FAN BLADE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MCBRIDE WANTED ME TO PAY AROUND $6500 FOR A NEW UNIT, WHEN ALL I REALLY NEEDED TO PAY WAS A FEW HUNDRED FOR A NEW FAN BLADE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AS THEY WILL DEFINITELY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. I ONLY RATED THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD ACTUALLY POST THIS. KEEP IN MIND, THIS GUY CLAIMED TO BE A CHRISTIAN AND ASKED ME IF I WAS SAVED AND DID I BELIEVE JESUS DIED FOR MY SINS.
Amazing, Jerry is a lifesaver. Fan blade broke and he was able to repair it the next day. Using recycled parts to save me money. Thanks again
A simple call to NES inquiring about an extremely high bill turned into someone coming out to look at our meter and a note saying we had damaged electrical equipment that required a licensed electrician to correct it. Googled a few places, decides to call McBride Electric. Houston came out and was very knowledgeable and honest explaining the situation. He worked me into the schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Will be using them in the future!!
Absolutely expected to have to wait days for someone to come look at our electrical problem. Houston was there in an hour had everything figured out in no time . Ended up being somewhat of a major repair that ended up taking all day but he didn’t leave until it was done! I cannot say thank you enough for the prompt and courteous service. Absolutely amazing service. Twice I have called and needed immediate service and each time they have went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. I cannot thank them for their superior service and expertise. Would very highly recommend, and will never call anyone else.
Gerry is a great guy. Called him and he gave me a quote over the phone. No non sense up charges or fees. He came out the next day and even on a Saturday! Service with a smile. Quick service and it even came out less than the quote. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
