My A/C gave out and they were able to come down and help me with it. They drove a bit out of the way, as well as were informative on around what time they arrived, which I appreciated greatly. As soon as they got to my home, they were able to fix my A/C and explained to me what they had fixed and what needed to be done for future reference. I wouldn't know a thing about an A/C so being taught a little about what went wrong was helpful. I do recommend them for any job if your A/C or Heater are giving you a difficult time or no longer work. They were professional and communicative in their work.
Cam was so wonderful! Came within an hour and in another had our heating blowing warm air! We were supposed to have a below freezing evening. I am so thankful! Very kind and professional!
Kam was awesome! Made time same-day on a busy Monday to come out and fix my broken heating in the freezing cold. Communicated clearly and proactively ahead of time. Fixed the issue immediately and gave me good, helpful context on how to keep the issue from happening again, all for the cheapest price I found! Will definitely be going to them again.
Amazed at the service! Same day service and I was expecting at least a day or more to be scheduled. Very friendly and found the issue when troubleshooting. Never gave up on root cause and found a solution that didn't cost a lot. As a bonus it was pointed out some improves without pushing a sale. I plan to sign up for the twice a year maintenance program. Strongly recommend supporting small businesses, as they prove service is outstanding!
I purchased new construction home on 5/21/21. In less than 2 years on 7/23/22, my air conditioner stopped working. I called Breeze Heating and Cooling and Kam came out and checked. He said it may be just a part or compressor. The 12 month builder warranty was expired. Kam took the extra step to reach out to manufacturer about parts and everything was still in warranty. I really was impressed with the extra steps Kam took to help us. Customer service at its finest.
Kam was the ultimate professional. His work was solid and fast- and with a genuine honest charisma. I would use him again in a heart-beat!

The capacitor went out on my AC during record heat in TN. Called Breeze, and they were able to come out the same day. We got our capacitor replaced, as well as some bad breakers & wiring. Would highly recommend.
Kam was able to diagnose my issue the same day that I called. I didnt feel pressured at all. I felt helped and had options to think about and choose from. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and had our home cool again in no time! Installation was professional and they cleaned up after.
Tim is a nice gentleman. He was able to setup an appointment on same day and showed up on time. Did a great job and his prices are very fair & reasonable. Tim will be my Go-To person for all my AC and heating issues. Highly recommend!
Kam is amazing! My air went out last night around 11pm. I left a message and he called me early this morning, and came out first thing! A/C is working! We discussed that I need a new system,but he was not a pushy salesman. He truly cares about his customers. He’s got my business from here on out!! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
My issue was examined, diagnosed and resolved in less than 24 hours. I sent in a schedule request after hours on a Thursday and received an immediate response stating I had been put on the schedule for Friday. Kam is professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Before he proceeded with any work, he gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and asked for my permission before doing any work. Now, I am able to work upstairs comfortably during the hot summer months!
Kam Heidari at Breeze Heating & Cooling received my service request about an ineffective AC unit on Friday afternoon and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He was friendly, courteous, and honest and he showed a skilled understanding of HVAC system integration, with no bravado or sales hype. Bottom line: the 15-year-old unit had lost half its refrigerant charge. The unit could be recharged, but with no guarantee that it would retain it and bearing in mind that it contained an outdated refrigerant. Even though we are renters, Kam worked with the landlord to quickly get approval for replacement of the (dual heat/AC) unit. He and his team completed the new installation by Monday evening, with no disturbance or mess. Kam and Breeze will be my go-to-professionals for future HVAC needs, even after buying our own house.

I needed to replace my HVAC system. Kam patiently explained my options, provided expert advice, quoted me his prices for each option, and encouraged me to get other bids. He had the best price, showed up right on time, handled a couple unforeseen issues without missing a beat, and installed everything in a neat and careful way. I wish he did more than just heating and cooling!
