TJ was awesome! Came over within two hours, fixed the problem quickly, explained everything and price was totally doable. Was nervous to hire someone for this job but was very glad we chose this company to fix our AC!
Amazing experience from the phone call to the service visit. I have nothing but good things to say about this service. They are extremely professional and helpful, and they fixed my issue the first time.
Mr. Turner was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a no BS service and you can’t tell he knows he craft. Highly intelligent and wasn’t pushy. He answered my call immediately and was able to come to my house within a couple of hours same day service. He called prior to arrival and provided excellent service. This company was recommended to me and I would recommend to others.
I was on the schedule to today .I missed their call. I called and text back once I realized it . No ever called or text me back . It’s 5pm still no response !

I've used Turner heating and cooling now twice. They do great work in maintaining our heating/cooling system; but in addition they offer friendly advice and education about how/why things work. Furthermore, they even made a friendly house call for a leaky ceiling only to tell me that the problem was in my roof, and not the AC. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend this professional locally owned company.

My AC went out last night. A technician was here by noon today. He was able to make the necessary repair in under 30 minutes. I really appreciate their quick response in this heat. Best of all, they did not overcharge. I was pleasantly surprised at the inexpensive cost. They could have easily charged more as I was desperate to have it fixed, but they didn’t. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I cannot recommend them enough!
Turner response times are the quickest I’ve found. Rapidly responded to heating problem; accurately analyzed / resolved issue at fair price. When cooling issue surfaced, quickly responded, performed reset, fixed sensor installation that had been incorrectly installed by original contractor. TJ is friendly, professional, responsive and on time. Fully explains analysis / potential options / costs while answering questions and clarifying system operation in an easy to understand & un-rushed manner. Highly recommend!
Todd and TJ set the bar for professionalism and quality of service. I have used Turner Heating & Cooling for several years now... they have installed new units upstairs and downstairs, as well as replaced ductwork and ensured that everything is up to spec and working well. Both are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen, to understand, and to explain. I am truly humbled at how professional, respectful and efficient they are. I have called Turner H&C for maintenance of my heating and cooling systems for a few years. This year my primary AC unit was in need of replacement; Turner provided a very competitive quote to install a new unit. Having worked with them previously and knowing that they provide top notch service we had them replace our existing AC unit. Tne replacement began in very short order, within a few days of receiving quote and giving the nod to move forward. Since then, we've had a few hiccups (not due to the install) and Turner has been out immediately to solve any issues we've run into. Turner is always prompt and extremely knowledgable, highly recommended.

My wife and Myself had Mr. Turner to replace our complete heat and air unit also known as heat pump we bought the middle of the road unit. And they did a outstanding job and my electric bill went down from average of $225 to $150. this is to say Mr. Turner will not sell you some thing you don't need great job and thanks again. we will use you on all of or up coming needs and will tell all of our friends about your service Out standing. 5 star rating on the overall service and product.
The software board went bad in my attic causing the heat to not work properly,One call and Turner Heating and Cooling was at my house in under an hour,An hour and a half later my unit was putting out heat.I would truly recommend there service to anyone that appreciates fast service and professionalism.
