ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!!....MY FELLOW NORTH CHARLESTON FAMILY ...ACUTE HEATING AND COOLING is the WAY to GO for your ISSUES!!!!.....the Technician I dealt with was Andrew...the lady that set my appointment was Heather!!!....both individuals were friendly courtesy..humble .... effective... efficiency....and very PROFESSIONAL!!!....I took a chance with this company since this was the first time having an issue with my AC....and I can honestly say GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYERS..!!!!!...I have heard of the horror stories when it comes to finding a good company to go with and I thank GOD that ACUTE HEATING & COOLING will have my FUTURE BUSINESS 😁😁😁.......MY APPOINTMENT WAS SET YESTERDAY THE 6TH OF JULY ..FOR TODAYS DATE OF 7TH OF JULY ....MY TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT.....HE FIXED MY ISSUE WITHIN AN HOUR ....AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE......NOW I WILL SAY THAT IT WAS SIMPLE FIX...BUT STILL.... THIS EXPERIENCE GIVES ME CONFIDENCE FOR ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE TO STILL DO BUSINESS WITH ACUTE HEATING & COOLING.... OH YEAH!!! My AC went out in the middle of the summer and I needed emergency repair. Acute was able to get a Technician out to me same day. The customer service and quality of work was top tier.
They take care of my restaurant. Quick to respond when we need them.
Called Acute Heating and Cooling early this morning to check my parents air conditioner because it was working. Not only did they come out the same day but they fixed it and the price was reasonable. They definitely have a customer for life! Thank you guys so much!
This was my first experience with Acute. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and the way the communicate via messages and email. Andrew was my technician. I can't say enough about my with him. Stellar service and sound recommendations. Not once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. Btw the messages about the technician is such an amazing touch. I felt like I knew Andrew before he stepped foot in my house.
I have used Acute for years. They are always super professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable and they always get the job done in a timely manner.

Very professional and on time. Did A/C maintenance. Did not try to up sell me for additional work. Gave a report showing the condition of all systems. Have used them in the past and will in the future.
Les and his partner were prompt and knowledgeable. They performed a seasonal inspection of the unit and commented to me. I asked them about a particular issue and they went under the house to inspect the duct work and in the attic for a look at the insulation and made their comments. They listened, advised and I felt I had been well informed for future actions. I would recommend Acute and this crew to my friends. They were referred to me by my daughter.
Acute arrived on time, performed the inspections and needed corrections in a professional manner and debriefed me concerning the necessary repairs.

I've used Acute for about 6 months. Top flight outfit. Great office staff, will call you back when you need em. And scheduling is accurate. The techs are great. I've had Dale and JP here for service calls. Very customer oriented. Efficient and knowledgeable. Chose them for my regular maintenance/repair team. A family run business I think I can count on when in a tight for heat and air service.
We have had so many different companies come out to look at our unit when it wasn’t keeping our home cool. None of them could fix the problem and we wasted so much money. We spoke with Heather at Acute and she was so amazing. Friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. She set us up with one of their amazing technicians, who came out very quickly. They were able to find the problem and fixed it quickly. Ever since we had them come out we have not had a single pr and our house is nice and cool now. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs help with their A/C units. Best company by far!
Dale arrived on time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He even took pictures to show me what he was talking about. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me into buying anything, just gave me options to consider. Acute HVAC truly wants to earn your business. I highly recommend them. By the way it was nice to work with someone who truly enjoys their job.
The job was done right but very expensive. I found out I paid quite a lot for the jobs performed. 12 inch bypass damper installed at 15%discount total $1043. I have been told the part is $150-200$ not hard to do and average cost is $500 total. They do not put price of parts like some companies. But my Acute tech said they weren’t the cheapest but stand by their job. So, I was tired of home warranty company sending shabby companies to band aid the problem. They performed other things for another $764 fixed a burnt wire, dual capacitor, automatic turn off switch for overflow pan and diagnostic test which I thought I shouldn’t be charged after excepting the job to fix my problems. But again I chose to pay for it all. So they charge $91 to check for the problem (diagnostics test) then tell you all the bad news with the prices. I chose to go ahead and get it done. So they do the job right but are quite high for a small company. But we are new to the area and I want it done right and took a gamble on theses guys. I’m fine with it, even purchased the Acute comfort care so they come do tuneup twice a year.
They installed our Heat/Air unit 4 years ago. They have performed tuneups spring and fall. They are wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend to use them.
John did an excellent job. Very professional. Made sure everything was working before completing job. Checked, then double checked to make sure ac was cooling. Great job!
I have been using Acute AC for sw wrap years and I have never been disappointed. They have superb customer service and excellent work ethic. I highly recommend them.
