I’m so glad I found Grant at Reasonable Air! He has worked on my HVAC as well as at my daughters houses. One house required a new system and we were pleased with the work and the price. I had been told I needed a new unit by a different company. Quote was 12K. Grant came by and did an $1,100 repair and it’s running great. I will never use another company. With Grant, I know I’m getting the best deal. Thank you, Grant!!!
We are in an older house and had issues with one side of the house getting hot while the other is cool and an electric bill that was quite out of control. Grant and Ragin came out and checked my duct work and my unit. Grant was able to check up and fix some parts in my unit that day! They also sent me a quote for my duct work that was waaayyy reasonable. They were then able to replace the duct work within the next week! I’m already feeling the difference….No more sweating in the kitchen and freezing in the bedroom! We have even had to up our average house temp to make it not as cold! Y’all are fantastic! I have already referred people and will continue to do so when the chance arise!
Reasonable Air is fantastic! We have used them ourselves and recommended them many times over the past 10+ years to family and friends. They have excellent customer service and answered every question that we had both before and during our recent service call. They arrived the same day at the set appt time and quickly took care of our AC issues within hours (this includes the time needed for them to obtain parts for the repair). The final cost for our issue was much less than we anticipated. The techs are professional and we have always felt very safe having them inside our home - which is most important to us as a family. We highly recommend them!!!

Grant's responds to our heating system repair was tremendous Our tenent's heating system went down Friday afternoon during the cold spell. Grant and his team tracked down the replacement part and went to pick it up at the distributors so that he could install and have the heating system back on line that night. Bravo
Grant Shirley is The Best HVAC company in the Lowcountry. He's Professional, Knowledgeable, Reliable, and Reasonable. He is a good Christian Businessman. Regan, (hope that's spelled correctly), is the administrator for Reasonable Air, and is equally remarkable. They are also Very Veteran Friendly! I highly recommend Reasonable Air and Grant Shirley and family.

Grant was on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my nosy pets who followed him around the entire time he was at our house! 😊 He went above and beyond to make sure our hvac was working smoothly and efficiently. The prices are very affordable. The company even sent me a hand written thank you card. They are my go to for anything hvac. We highly recommend!
Grant saved me thousands of dollars. Two other HVAC businesses had diagnosed my loud AC system and told me I needed a new impeller fan motor (several hundred dollars) and also in order to get my AC quiet, I’d need to move the unit and run new ductwork. Grant came out to give a third estimate. But instead of the big estimate, Grant fixed it on the spot. He got some loose debris out of the impeller fan that the other two guys had missed. It runs perfectly now. I didn’t need a new one at all. He also changed a setting on my unit that made it run much quieter. My blower fan speed hadn’t been properly set. No need for moving the unit or new ductwork. When I asked him how much I owed him, he responded that this was a free estimate, and there would be no charge. I was so close to spending thousands of dollars, but Grant solved everything in thirty minutes. That was a year ago. Last week, I needed a mini split unit installed in a detached office. Again I got three quotes. I don’t always go for the lowest quote, but Grant was able to find a more efficient solution than the other two and he provided the lowest quote due to his paying close attention to my needs and not selling me extras. I got exactly what I wanted, no more, no less. Now my office / gym is perfectly conditioned and I am very happy with Grant’s work.
Grant Shirley and his lovely wife are a great mom and pop, local HVAC company, and they came out to service my elderly grandmother's broken down air conditioner on the 4th of July in a matter of hours. They were incredibly kind, caring, and responsive, explaining how everything works in easy to understand language, even taking the time to make sure my grandmother understood how to set her thermostat before they left, leaving their card to say she could call with any questions if she had any.
I have used Reasonable Air LLC a few times to repair AC issues at my house. They are always very friendly, great prices and always explain what they have done in detail every time. I will always use them for AC repair.

Grant has enormous expertise and experience with HVAC, AC and heating systems. He thoroughly explained why he chose the equipment, including the pros and cons. The installation was professional and clearly he and his staff are dedicated to doing the job, in all aspects, with respect to the customer. I highly recommend Reasonable Air without reservation.
