A driver who was speeding in the right lane and clearly not paying attention to the road almost hit my car on Ladson road at about 4:40. Pay attention or you could kill somebody. One star.
JAC is the only HVAC company for me, my home, and any of my clients. As a contractor my clients need AC work frequently. I know that when I refer JAC the job will get done with honesty and integrity.
I have JAC do a biannual inspection of my HVAC system. What I like about their service compared to other companies that I've used is that they aren't constantly trying to sell me additional services that are not necessary. The technicians for the company that I previously used were paid on commission and it showed in the recommendations that they made. I don't worry about that with JAC.
We called for a second opinion on our home units and I’m so very very thankful we did! They were quick to respond and sent out a fantastic repairman. He was able to get us back up and running and even told us what exactly what part needed to be replaced if we had the same issue again. The repairman was honest and upfront. When we go to replace our units we will be using them. Highly recommend!!

From the onset, the office staff have been responsive and professional. Unlike other companies, this company’s sales approach is authentic and the pricing is super competitive. They installed my new unit timely and their service team is equally professional. I highly recommend JAC Services for maintenance, installation and repairs.
JAC Services is top notch from their office staff to their technicians. I have a rental unit that I had the entire unit replaced. The owner, Tommy was crawling under the house and assisting in the installation. They were quick and reliable and cost was comparable to other companies. I also fell victim to a faulty coil from a Lennox unit at my personal residence. Ally helped me navigate the warranty process and we were within 4 days of the warranty, thank goodness. It's always nice to have a copy on speed dial that you know you can call at a moments notice and trust they are going to take care of you and lessen your worries.
They went out of their way to get to us on short notice. As a general contractor I am very particular on service/ trade work. This is an outstanding company and I will be using them for all my projects.
PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS AFFORDABLE: It's very rare that you have a company show-up on-time, provide excellent service and charge a very reasonable rate. JAC checked all the boxes. I recently had an A/C preventative maintenance tune-up, and I was very pleased with the service. The technician was on time, well prepared and very professional. I always like to learn something whenever I have a service preformed on anything from A/C to appliances and/or everything in between. Our JAC technician was super knowledgeable with all the questions I had about A/C filters and what I could do as a homeowner to maintain the performance of my A/C unit. Bottom-Line: I would not hesitate to call JAC with any HVAC issues. I will also recommend their services to friends and family.
This is a great company that is very friendly and professional! Gary and Cody worked on our cooler for the Navy Exchange Package Store and they did it in a very timely manner. If we need any services, they are definitely first on our list!
JAC does it again! We've used them several times over the years and each time they are incredibly responsive and extremely helpful, not just seeking to sell you something but intent on understanding whether part of your system needs replacing or whether it is actually just a repair! We would recommend them highly for anyone, personal or business, in the Mt. Pleasant, SC area!
Just wanted to say that the way y'alls van are wrapped makes it extremely difficult to be driving behind one of your employees. Especially when said employee is hitting the breaks and gas intently. Maybe look into GPS trackers so you can make sure they are driving safe? Since I don't think having employees drive like mad Men is good for business, just saying.
I use JAC for my HVAC annual maintenance program. They come out twice a year and check my unit and system for any problems. They clean the unit and make sure it is running correctly. Scott was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend JAC Services.
Aggressive driver encounterd on 526. He was driving a JAC van. Breakchecking folks in the left lane and would not change lanes for cars to pass. Flipped me the bird.

Tech Guy arrived quickly as I had just called them that morning and at first did'nt think they would be able to get to me today, being a friday and all meant waiting til monday or paying extra for weekend service. Phil also gets a 10 from my wife as he explained everything thoroughly and understandable what he did and what to watch for. She even said if we need JAC again request Phil.
I am super pleased with JAC Services. Unlike other HVAC companies I have used they never try to sell me more than I need and they do a thorough job. Amazingly, they have been out to my house TWO times when the problem turned out to be really small and they fixed them both times and didn't even charge me! Need I say more? They are wonderful!
Outdoor refrigerator repair From the moment they answered the phone until the job was completed, JAC Services was nothing short of extraordinary. The technician showed up to our house smiling and on time, which says a lot about him and his employer. He diagnosed the issue, advised on the next steps, got the work covered under warranty, and communicated with through my wait time. There has been no other appliance repair company that I have dealt with in Charleston, that was so professional, did exactly what they said they would in exactly the time frame they said. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for all of my future repair needs.
I had a wonderful experience working with JAC services. They replaced my old water heater with an efficient tank less system. The service techs were prompt and extremely professional. They made the entire process quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend JAC Services to anyone with HVAC and Water Heater needs!
