Our heater stopped working a few days ago (of course at the coldest time of the year!) Brendon showed up when he said he would; he was pleasant and efficient, and he found the problem and fixed it in record time. I'm really impressed (and warm now). Thank you, Brendon!
We have used JW Long Heating & Air for years and they are always prompt, kind and go above and beyond to help the customer. Efficient install. Very nice. Answered my questions. Respectful of property and cleaned everything up when they were done. From experience I wanted a Trane and they accommodated my needs. I will be using them for regular maintenance going forward.
These guys came out and then send an estimate. Once I gave them the go ahead they came out quickly and replace all of my ductwork. I am looking forward to use the system. I would recommend to others.
I have been a customer of JW Long for 5 years; I bought a Trane unit for my home. I just installed a split unit in my FROG. One phone call; the split unit was installed within 10 days!! The staff at JW Long is as fantastic as a Trane Air Conditioner, quick, professional, reliable; most important friendly! I will b a lifelong customer. 5 Stars
The two men that came out to replace my old unit were very professional and didn't waste any time getting installed correctly.

Had them come out for an estimate. Told me that they could do it. Even took paperwork regarding the exhaust hood. Never heard back from them or received the paperwork back.
