2 year warranty expired by 1month and they couldn’t do anything but apologize and refer me to the Terms and Conditions. Would NOT recommend.
This is the best ac company in the state of south carolina. not only do they have the absolute cheapest prices.they go far above and beyond with the quality of work they provide. I had this company and install a brand new heat pump unit. every other company I had give me a quote for installation was at least $2000 higher for the same if not lower quality product. With the price being that low, I was kind of expecting corners to be cut, but boy was I wrong!!!! This company not only did not cut ANY corners. They also did a much better job than those companies that are charging higher prices could possibly ever do. they also gave me an surprisingly reasonable price to completely clean my ductwork and get all of the drywall dust and dirt, mildew, etc. out of my system so now I’m breathing clean fresh air. The company has fantastic employees everything from the receptionist to the sales people down to the installers and technicians. This company wrote the text book on how a proper HVAC company should run. Exceptional customer service combined with extremely ridiculously low prices. Best experience I've ever had with an AC service! Within a week fixed our AC another company had been working on for a month! Very knowledgeable and timely service! Highly recommend!

We have had them do two separate major repairs to our units and duct work system. Both times they came in well under their competitors. They do not sacrifice quality! There workers know what they are doing and are professional. They will fit you into their schedule and make you feel like you're concern is their concern. They are the real deal!
These folks are awesome; from the office ladies to the complete service team. The guys have always been so respectful and informative. An added bonus for me is their office is right around the corner from me. Two different a/c units replaced and 100% satisfaction. Thank you to all…y’all have my vote and business….
I needed a new A/C unit and although I went along with my wife in getting 6 quotes I knew I would end up with Carolina Air Care. I knew about them from previous work and numerous friends. The highest at more than double for the same specs was Preferred Home Services and Carolina Air was the best price. When the last tech came by I told him I already had a quote he could not beat. He said who and I told him "your biggest nightmare" Carolina Air. He didn't even give a quote and left. No need to look around as I told my wife. You will end up with Carolina Air Care, a great company with great people.
They don't make companies like Carolina Air Care any more. I cannot be happier that we called them. We had the pleasure of working with Jake. A true professional and a straight shooter. We've had several experiences with other HVAC companies and this is by far the best experience we've ever had. I would not hesitate for a second to call them with any of our future needs. Good, honest professionals that truly care!
Once again, Carolina Air to the rescue! I came home after work and noticed a ceiling leak and knew it was likely the drain line. I called Carolina Air and got their answering service. Twenty minutes later I got a call back and scheduled an after hours service call. Not long after the technician showed up and fixed the problem. A clogged drain. The tech was super professional and friendly. Great guy and all business in the job. From first call to a handshake with the tech: Under two hours. 1:45 pretty much. Again, it wasn’t an ‘emergency’, but fantastic service. Highly recommend
AC system shut off during heat wave; called two other shops and couldn't get an appointment earlier than 5 days out. CAC gave me an appointment for 3 days out, but were able to accomodate and visit the same day! Repair person walked me through steps I could perform as routine maintenance to ensure the issue I encountered wouldn't happen again. Incredibly professional and wonderful team! Will recommend to anyone!
Technician came out and pretty much told me that there's nothing that can be done about the compressor making a loud noise on start up and also that nothing can be done about the loud vibration in one of the rooms from the HVAC. I asked him about the thermostats if they can be wifi capable or if I would have to switch them out and he said he didn't know. So basically I paid the technician $40 to come out and say hi. At least he was a really nice guy and I hope he got 1st place in the fishing tournament he was telling me about
The estimator took the time to understand what was needed and answer question. The quote was reasonable, and the service option was convenient to me. The installers were punctual, efficient, and non intrusive. They were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were finished in short order and it worked. Then the quality check fine tuned the work of the installers. Systems have run properly since. When I turned to heat for the first time, the compressor wouldn’t kick on, so I called the service line. They immediately came out and found the air flow was too low. They had connected to existing ducting and I was afraid they would say it was a ducting problem. Instead they found the transition from the unit to the ducts were too cramped. They moved the unit away from the house and reworked the ducting, increasing the air flow dramatically from what it had been for several years (since the previous replacement years ago). Now the house temperature is quick, and even, AND the heating bill has been reduced 20% from last year. Great Job
Only place out of 5 estimates that fit in my budget for a new HVAC system. Had to wait a few weeks because of industry wide supply issues, but there were no further delays in the install. The technicians were friendly, honest, and professional. Post install inspection found no issues and the system has been operating for a month now in 90+ degree weather
This is a top notch company. Came out on a Saturday, told me I needed a new unit and did a temporary fix. Scheduled the install for next available day. The temporary fix didn't last as long as I hoped but the came out and put my new unit in 5 days early. Everyone was very courteous. I highly recommend them.
This is the 1st AC company I have gone with, in the 15yrs I've owned my house, that provided quick and accurate service and repair! From the receptionist answering the phone and being very respectful and professional, to Andy repairing my system and being extremely preofessional and taking the time to explain what exactly was wrong. Great job by all!! While I hope my old system will hold out for another year or so I will definitely call Carolina Air Care when it eventually needs replaced.
Reasons for a 5 star & will use them again: * Friendly and professional customer service when calling the office. * Our AC technician, Chris, was great. Called prior to arrival, wore booties over his shoes, was friendly & professional, very thorough, answering all questions with a smile, and wasn’t annoyed by my 4 legged babies barking ( big plus ). * Great value from a company with excellent reviews. Plus my in-laws use them and came highly recommended. Definitely give them a call for your heating & air services!
I was recommended Carolina Air Care by a neighbor. Their quote to replace my HVAC system was one of the lowest, but you're not getting shady service or cheap equipment. The technicians were professional and had my new system installed in a couple hours. I've been really happy with the new system. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care.
I recently had Carolina Air Care install a new Lennox heat exchanger in a rental unit I own. The process was easy to schedule, the technicians' were on time, professional, explained the process & answered all of my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. Larsen & Whitney in the office were a pleasure to work with. Best of all the price was very competitive!
We had a new HVAC system installed and could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. Kyle came out to check on our old system and we had him give us a price quote on a new system. He was very kind and professional. We were very pleased with the price and decided to have them do the installation. The install could not have gone better. Daniel and David did a great job and were very professional and courteous. The day after the install Andy came out to QC their work and make sure the system was working properly. He was also very professional and easy to talk to. As I have said, the entire process could not have gone better and we would HIGHLY recommend using Carolina Air Care for all of your HVAC needs. Carolina Air Care just replaced our HVAC system. They had the best prices/bang for the buck compared the other quotes we had gotten. The install team was through and quick. They also have a quality engineer come out a week later to verify the install and settings!
