Integrity. That is what this company has. Troy has completed a few calls at different locations for me and one time all he has to do was push a reset button. He could have Easily made it a 1,500.00 to 2,000.00 job but he did not. He hit the button and charged us for the service call. We will only call Arctic Air for our AC needs. Thanks Arctic Air!!
I called Arctic air cause my system stopped working. Made an appointment and Troy the technician came out sooner than expected. He replaced the part and got system up and running same day. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone needing service or a new system
I use Artic Air for my 10 restaurants in the Charleston area. They always respond to service calls quickly. When there is an emergency like a HVAC unit down in the summertime they always make it a priority. Had Artic Air service the HVAC system they installed several years ago. Michael was on time and extremely friendly. He insured that all our questions were answered and explained everything that he was going. This is an excellent company with fantastic customer service.
Artic Air is outstanding. They performed 2 HVAC maintenance checks at our new home (1 in the Summer for AC functionality and 1 in the Winter for Heat). Staci with scheduling is super responsive and will text you directly to ensure you get on the books at a date and time that works with you. She is also extremely communicative with resolving any scheduling issues. I cannot say enough about Michael, the HVAC technician, who performed the maintenance. He is extremely thorough, professional, kind, and upfront about any potential costs related to service and parts. He took the time to explain the results of all diagnostic tests performed, along with pictures of our unit and the parts/fittings that were in need of replacement or refitting. It is obvious that Michael is a very experienced HVAC technician, and that he enjoys his job and in ensuring the HVAC units he services are functioning at peak performance. I absolutely recommend Artic Air for your HVAC needs.
I visited their website and requested a service call on my walk in cooler. Staci responded back to me within 10 minutes, which I thought was amazing! She scheduled my call for the very next day and considering that it was in the middle of a summer heat wave, I was not expecting such a quick response. When their technician Troy arrived he was very courteous and professional. He immediately started the diagnostic procedure. He had my system up and running within 45 minutes. He took a little time to explain what the problem was and then gave me a detailed printed summary of my bill, which was very reasonable. He was GREAT! Overall , I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone. They are very prompt and professional. Great company!!
During the heat advisory, our A/C conked out on Monday afternoon. Our upstairs had already heated up to 86 by bedtime. When you have a family of six, that's rough. My husband called around to a couple places for help the next morning. One business said they could "prioritize" us due to our issue and send someone to us on Thursday afternoon. Prioritize. Ha. Arctic Air said they could send someone to see us that morning. Woot! By Tuesday at noon, our issue was resolved and by the next morning our house was back to our preferred temperature. Thank you for your quick and friendly service! Highly recommend Arctic Air!
Was charged $99 to tell me I needed a new thermostat which they wanted to charge me $380.00 for. The most expensive one at Lowes is $250. Then they charged me 2 times on my card. Do not recommend.

Our ice cream freezer box went down, ice cream completely melted. Quick response and excellent service. Day after service, we are at -Minus 8 degrees! Arctic Air services all of our reach in and walk in refrigerators and freezers AND our Ice Machines!
They came and did Maintenance never remove the leaves from my unit outside. I’ve called him three times and they have never called me back.

I want to thank all the folks at Artic Air from Mike to Evan and his installation crew. Came in and installed my new unit in one day, a little more difficult then the usual swapping of equipment. Appreciate all the hard work and extremely happy with the work performed.

We own a restaurant and have a lot of coolers and freezers. Our beer cooler went down after the storm (Hurricane Dorian). Very thorough and honest diagnostics from an experienced technician, Troy.
