Ron and Ostyn displayed absolute professionalism and efficiency, completing our HVAC system replacement in half a day They were punctual and detailed in their work, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process from start to finish. All our questions were addressed clearly, leaving us fully confident in their service. Ostyn even went as far as identifying and repairing faulty drainage piping and duct work that was installed when the home's first system was installed, preventing potentially recurring issues with our new system. They returned the day after to walk us through registering our product, submitting a rebate to our utility company and to inspect the performance of the newly installed system. Now, we can enjoy a cool and comfortable summer, all thanks to the top-notch work by All Star Heating & Air. Their transparency, honesty, and commitment to customer service set them apart in this industry.
I was having issues with my A/C cutting on and off sporadically. Austin from All Star came over within a few hours of calling them to check it out and he resolved the problem quickly. I will definitely be using All Star again should I have any HVAC issues in the future!

Just moved into the new house and they were able to service and describe our ageing HVAC system so I could understand it. Was thorough and honest. Showed up in less than 24 hours from my request for service. Looking forward to working with them again in the future if I have any issues

Very happy with the quick and good service. Our AC went out on a hot day and a technician was able to come out within a couple of hours even though we weren't an existing customer. Highly recommend this company.

Cannot be happier, recently purchased a property had had a very old HVAC unit, old split unit and old water heater. Ron and staff were able to handle everything without needing to call a plumber and electrician for the additional water heater installation. Ron is very knowledgeable and gave us different options, found other issues that were addressed at a reasonable price. Ron, Austin and staff are very professional. Project was completed faster than what we expected. Thank you guys!

My heat isn’t working so I called around to get some help. An extremely friendly & knowledgeable man (he didn’t give us his name) walked us through some troubleshooting on the phone on a Saturday at closing time for over 30 minutes. He was very helpful and kind to try to help us fix things over the phone and even recommended some things for us to try in the mean time. I highly recommend using this company!!!!

I recieved a call within 10 minutes of me filling out a request for a quote. The quick response was also followed by a same day appointment. The issue was resolved with my ac unit while I was at work and unable to be at home to meet with the technician. I was informed every step of the way on what the issue was and how it would be resolved. It was a very quick and easy transaction. Great service and professionalism!
These guys were very professional and definitely have the knowledge. They upgraded my system replaced my entire duct work, added some vents and relocated my return. SO happy and cool.
