Best Service you’ll get! My HVAC drain was clogged, called, they came out immediately. They sniffed out the problem in seconds, resolved it, and said it was too easy of a fix to charge. It’s a family run business I can’t recommend enough. If you’re looking for honest and timely, look no further.
I found Southern Seasons HVAC through recommendations on my neighborhood facebook page. I scheduled a season tune up and I will definitely use them for more intensive services in the future. They were fast and very transparent about the process. They identified things that need to be fixed and potentially problems in the future. Their prices were very reasonable!
We have Service plan and had a new thermostat installed back in 2020, very professional, Our AC unit stopped working this past Friday 10/12/2022 my husband called them late in the afternoon, they were there within the hour, 5 stars there. Our unit is old years past its recommended time. Technician was clear to what was wrong and offered us a couple of different options, from repair to replacement. He was very honest and courteous to our needs. We decided to replace our unit due to age of our system and they are installing today, they followed up with us over the weekend and 1st thing Saturday let us know they could install today... Highly recommend Southern Seasons and invest in their service plan too... 5 stars..
Great service, amazing response times and honest advice about what my home needed. They replaced a whole unit for me in the dead of summer with almost no time in between my old unit dying and the new one coming in, they even cut in a new floor register to help the master room get cooler because it was several degrees different from the rest of the house. (They even took the flush mounted wood one I bought to match my other vents and cut everything to fit it) Their techs are courteous and timely. Will absolutely use this service for my HVAC needs.

I replaced two 12 year old AC and Heating units. I chose Southern Seasons Heating and Air, and Trane because of the very positive online customer reviews. I also had two neighbors that were very pleased with the install service they received. I also chose Southern Seasons HVAC because of the high customer focus the owner conveyed to me when he came and looked at my existing system. He told me that he had a high-quality and stabile workforce because he invests in the best. That was a very important item for me, because the installers would be all through my house. After the install that took from 7:35 AM to 3:00 PM, I am now a believer in the team he sent. They were very careful in the house and courtieous. Vacuumed up any debris from the attic. Picked up all trash and packaging from the yard. Finally, there were no surprises. I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air, and Trane. Very pleased.
Service team arrived within the scheduled time frame. They knew my system, quickly tracked down the problem, fixed it, explained what they had done, and were on their way all within a half hour. What a great feeling to have the heat working like it is supposed to!
Southern Seasons Heating and Air is an amazing company of wonderfully friendly and compassionate people. I had an issue Sunday night (right before Memorial Day) and the technician was here within 3 hours.

I don’t know any of the other employees, but Mr. Mcalhaney the owner was a wonderful person to deal with, and his knowledge of his trade is astonishing. He verbally walked my wife and I thoroughly through each step of our new heating and cooling system, installation and replacement options. He stood by his word on everything he told us down to the penny on the price. He is a priceless individual in this world today. I wish every contractor I dealt with was half as honest as this man. Wish i could give him and his team 10 stars!
Claude came promptly and handled my HVAC maintenance for my new house. He was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly, cleaned the unit, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Excellent service.

The range of services they offer is impressive: in addition to HVAC maintenance, they've installed a new attic vent fan and most recently, a dehumidifier in my crawlspace. Claude and his team are fantastic!
Was having issues with a breaker. Claude and his son were sent to diagnose problem. They were very informative, pleasant, and professional. The problem was fixed. I will definitely use Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning in the future for any electrical issues I may have.
