We had issues with our AC unit and had 1 HVAC company tell us we needed a $15000 new unit. Luckily we got a 2nd opinion.... These guys told us our unit should last years yet and were able to fix it. Super honest and reliable AND affordable! So VERY thankful for Mt. Pleasant HVAC!
The technicians were early for the appointment which was nice. They were courteous and professional and did a thorough job. The yearly preventative maintenance was a very fair price. Thank you!!!
I had been having issues with my ac for a few weeks, it took 3 different tech visit, 2 days and more than 9 phone calls to get this situated. Claude came in and in less than 1 hours did the repairs and got my unit back to work properly. He was very professional, he listened to my concerns, he reassured me this was going to be solved . I was very unhappy and frustrated with the company and the some of the prior techs but Claude and Cruze the manager in Mount Pleasant, SC made my experience 100 times better. Thank you for all your hard work.
I have been using Mount Pleasant Home A/C for more than 11 years. They have always done a good job. The quality and the professionalism of technicians over-all have improved tremendously.
Routine maintenance on HVAC system done by Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning. Can't say enough about this service call. Told the office that I would like to have him as my regular technician. I don't have any complaints about the other techs, but he went out of his way to answer questions and advice on maintaining my system.
I am a NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS sycophant with 'bout no knowledge of AC systems. These peeps showed up the next day I needed assistance. They were professional, thorough and squeezed my entire installation in on almost no notice. They are real folks, doing sincere quality work and deserve to have your business. HIGHLY recommend for ALL your heating/air conditioning needs. Claude just came to re-configure our mini-split system after a new screen room was installed - PHENOMENAL work by a talented man who went above and beyond to satisfy us. Price to perform the job was a bit of a "sticker shock" but we feel worth every cent since it was a difficult job to perform, required hard work and creativity, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. I have used Claude at Mount Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning for years. He even installed a total A/C system at my house a few years ago. Yesterday we came home from out of town and the compressor would not run. I called Claude and even though his team was busy, he talked me though the fix. It turned out to be a clogged drain line and the float switch in the overflow pan shut the compressor off. I fixed that, emptied the pan and all is good. Saved me an awful night of 85 degrees in my house. Claude is the best! Thanks Claude!
Four Seasons HVAC wanted to charge me over $2,000 to replace my furnace motor. I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Claude. After a thorough review It turned out to be a smaller issue and the motor is perfectly fine. Saved a lot of money and found a great company to use going forward.
I am sharing my experience of when my AC failed to cool my home the night of 4/26/2022 A/C/ Repairs was contacted for service repairs and Claude returned my call and came out immediately to assess the situation calculated a Root Cause Analysis and saved me $13,000. that a local competition recommended on my HVAC system. Claude advice was very professional and honest. I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend Southern Seasons HVAC to anyone reading this review and needing HVAC assistance.
After two call to other AC companies( with no show ) , called this company. An easy repair to our heat pump, they showed up within an hour and repaired the problem. Very responsive and professional, very highly recommended! ! ! ! !
Amazing turn around time in our hour of need. Our tech was also very respectful, helpful with explaining how things work and never tried to push additional sales knowing that he could have tried. Would recommend this place 100%

Claude and Cruze arrived on time and immediately diagnosed my problem. Another company had completely misdiagnosed what was wrong. Both Claude and Cruze could not have been nicer, more courteous or more professional - an outstanding team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a long-term relationship with a local company.

Wow Mt Pleasant Heating and Cooling is awesome! I had an hvac issue on a house I was closing on and needed an immediate assessment. They were so understanding and professional and made it happen! The second time I also want to say that Claude also was one that was very friendly to us and also a very hard worker. I really appreciated all their dedicated hard work they have done for me. I really appreciated the team at 5 Star for being extremely communicative and helpful when my heating system failed over the holidays. They treated the situation with the same care and speed as I imagine they would their own home, and were helpful getting all my questions answered.
