I have been using Olde Town Heat/Air for years. When we moved, we made sure to have them come out and look at everything with the HVAC at our new house. Brianna was very nice and diligent in working with our hectic schedule and made sure to remind us about our appointment. Curtis the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain some things to me with our system. I highly recommend OTHA for their customer service and technicians.

Failed to show up the first scheduled time, then set a new appointment for the next morning, failed to show again, scheduled for later in the afternoon, and still have yet to hear if they are going to show! Having no air with animals in the house is not fair! Do not recommend trusting them to show up at the time they say or if at all! Everyone is busy and short staffed just don’t tell a customer you are coming and keep failing to do so, could have had another company out here days ago..

Olde Towne Heating and Air saved the day! Our HVAC system went out during a lightening storm the other week and they were very fast to act quick, get a new one ordered, and install it in a timely manner. Their tech, Tyler, was very thorough and checked the ducts when they installed the new one and realized the old owners had a piece of sheet metal blocking the system. Very happy with them and their crew and highly recommend!

Olde Towne has been helping us with our climate control needs at our new house at Daniel Isalnd. Owner Frank Allen is an amazing and a kind person who took customer care to an unbelievable higher levels. Every change or a challenge that was created by other subs during construction was dealt with a very professional and courteous approach that we felt as if Frank and his crew were working at their own house. Would highly recommend, it's rare these days when some one goes out of their way to help their customer solve problems and that too without putting their hand out or even mentioning money. Harry works wonders with any technical challenge these modern machines throw at you. In my professional life I deal with lot of subs and suppliers but this was a unique service level Keep it up guys. May 2022 - 6 years later and couple of times we have needed service, Frank and his team are doing everything they can, fee blessed to have known such good team that is hard these days. Happy to provide any reference anyone likes, this team has good business ethics.

Tim is a great guy! He was absolutely fast and thoughtful and efficient and saved us money. He really came through for my 82 year old mother, who had no AC and it was 98 degrees outside. We are so grateful.

Multiply times out to our home, still having issues with our HVAC that isn't even 2 years old. Don't return phone calls in a timely matter. Having young children in the home doesn't seem to be a priority.

Thank you Olde Towne for replacing our evaporator coil and dealing with the Lennox warranty. Your pricing was fair and your employees professional. Miranda in the office was most helpful and Tyler coming out on a weekend to get our heat working was a blessing.

Great service. Me had very loud vibration in walls. Described the loud sound and of course the system did not do it. When the system did not vibrate I expected it to be a wasted trip. The technician knew the common issues and knew to tighten a manifold. No more loud vibration. 👍 great experience.

We recently purchased a condo in Wild Dunes. The HVAC system quit working in the dead heat of July. We originally called the installer of the unit (installed 5 yrs ago) to come out. The guy was there for 5 hrs, charged the system, changed some rubber inserts in the valves, told us the 5 year old unit needed replaced and left us with a $800 invoice. The unit worked for about 8 hrs and went out again! We called back the next morning in which another tech came out. He told us it was the thermostat! Spent another $200 for the unit to not work properly! I was done! We then reached out to Olde Towne Heating and Air. Elizabeth got a tech (Jarant) out in a short time! She was very professional and efficient. Jarant was amazing.....Very knowledgeable! He was there for a short time and checked EVERYTHING on the unit from the inside out. The switch setting on the blower wasn’t set correctly AND the unit had been overcharged. He flipped the switch and drained some of the refrigerant. He was very personal and even told us he would be on call through the weekend! We were only charged with a service call! We weren’t looking for anything free, just wanted the unit fixed! We haven’t had a problem since! Olde Towne Heating and Air will do ALL work for us this day forward! Great bunch and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you for being efficient and knowledgeable in your work! Highly recommend for ALL your HVAC needs!

Absolutely terrible communication and customer service, which started with the lady from their office who had a bad attitude to setup the appointment. Waited 4 days to have my HVAC system fixed, took time off from work. Then the tech arrives, and after a hour, said he was there to “check it only and report back to his office”. No phone call or anything. Now my house is still a sauna. DO NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE!!!

It's rare to find a company that empowers their employees to make decisions, especially ones that may contradict the sales order, yet are the right customer-centric decisions to make. Terry, our installing technician, refused to install the unit we purchased (3-ton) as it was oversized for our space. The square footage, ductwork and supply vents would not handle the airflow properly. Note - our purchase order replicated the system we were replacing. It likely explained the issues we were having with humidity and condensate inside our home. Our unit is on the coast. We waited one additional day, had the proper unit (2-ton. 2 stage compressor) delivered and installed. It effectively manages the humidity and properly cools our condo. One month has passed. We remain extremely pleased and highly recommend Olde Towne Heating and Air. Paul and Trish

We had a terrible time getting HVAC companies to give us an honest answer on the issues we were having. The prices they were quoting were out of this world. We were without AC for 3 weeks in Jul/Aug and it was unbearable. Our last call was to this company. Their service tech Jay came out and said the entire system was wrong and they were going to fix it. Suzanne called the next day and told us what they were planning and the cost. We were blown away at their ability to not be like the other HVAC companies and charge us $7k to $10k for a new system. They were so professional and we had A/C within 3 days of Jay coming out. I cannot recommend enough or leave enough praise for Jay, Suzanne and this company. They were compassionate, honest, and provided excellent service. We were really struggling financially and weren't sure we were going to be able to fix this issue. We can't thank you guys enough! I wish more companies had professionals like you two. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Update: 3 stars because they did credit me back my money, but such unnecessary series of events that could have been avoided. When I called to schedule appointment, I explicitly asked about my warranty and was assured that my parts would be covered. Not only was the part not covered, they waited until after they took my $85 diagnostic payment to tell me they didn’t even install my HVAC unit. That’s easy to check in the system when I provided address to schedule appointment. I’m in a new build and going off of info provided. Not to mention the manager I spoke with was extremely uncaring from my opinion.

Like most people I usually don't write a review unless I've had an extraordinarily good or a frustratingly bad experience. Unfortunately this is the latter. It started exactly 2 weeks ago today when my downstairs air conditioning unit went out. I called that morning to have someone check it out and they were able to stop by and diagnose that I needed a new blower motor. After checking their supplier they thought they had found the part locally however when the tech came back out it was the wrong part and they had to order it. The office was supposed to call me when it came in to put me on the schedule for the repair. However I had to call about every 3 days for an update. Of course it would be one of the hottest 2 weeks in recent memory with heat indices over 100 most days. Fortunately I have a separate unit for upstairs so it remained manageable for the most part with my working unit running 18-20 out of 24 hours a day to maintain 79-80 degrees in the house. I don't even want to think about what my next electric bill will probably be. Long story short each time I called for an update they were expecting the part that day but each time I would not receive an update until I called back a couple days later and then they again would be expecting the part. Friday before last they said they had one part but not the second which was expected that next Monday (a week ago). Needless to say it didn't come and of course I had to call for the update. They were finally able to make it back out today to perform the repair. Management  denied any consideration for the inconvenience so I had to pay for the full price of labor for the repair (the part was covered under warranty). I have say the technician that worked my job was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the company as a whole. I do not recommend Olde Towne Heating & Air.

If service goes out on weekend $140 to come out...another $150 for diagnosis/labor understandable but to charge $297 for a $50 part is price gauging ...After doing research on part (MFD capacitor ) ask if can price match..bill is final and her attitude was dont hate the player hate the game.. i know its hot outside but be aware....

the lady who says we are difficult to deal with about her ceiling neglects to say that her drain was stopped up because she had never had maintenance and that is why her ceiling fell. Also this is a rental and we all know how those are taken care of. those that know me know that I am fair and we all know when someone is after something for nothing. Please have your system looked at once a year . Imagine not changing your oil in your car and it failing and you taking it to GM or Chevy Or Ford. I believe I also said that I would get someone to make the repair but the homeowner is responsible. Internet bully's man what has it come too :)
