I don’t leave too many reviews but Charlie and Matt were great. Called Hero in to fix a botched install from another local contractor. They had quick turnaround times, guys were professional and work was done at a fair price. Won’t ever go anywhere else for HVAC needs.
Shawn was on time and very professional. He addressed all of our questions and went above and beyond. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Shawn H. was wonderful! He was on time, called me when he was 10 minutes out, and waited on me. Very professional, honest, polite, thorough and efficient. Took 60 photos of my 20 year old HVAC and explained anything he noticed that may be of concern but didn't try to push buying a new unit immediately which says a lot about his candidness. He's now my go-to guy!

Charlie and Matt arrived on time to install our new air handler and compressor for the AC. They were in and out in 4 hours, well ahead of what I anticipated. Clean, professional, and quick. The overall experience with Hero Heating and Air was excellent and I highly recommend them.
AJ is awesome! On time, consciousness, careful, considerate, thorough, friendly and an overall nice guy. Plus, what’s not to love with the way he always wears the protective disposable booties when he comes in the house. :)

Hero's technicians are highly qualified and professional. However their pricing is very expensive. Recenlty, I was charge $325 to change a $120 part that took less than 15 minutes. Their quotes are not transparent. They do not itemize parts and labor.
I called Hero Heating and Air with an issue I was having with my HVAC system. A technician came to my place about an hour later. Justin was very professional. He found a leak in the line and was able to repair the unit. He kept in contact with me throughout his process and thoroughly explained to me in laymen’s terms what needed to be done. I will definitely contact this company again for HVAC work. Thanks Justin for above and beyond with the work you did for me!
Scott is very professional. He was found the problem and expalined our options on the repair needed. He had us up and cooling in no time at all. We will always recommend Hero to all our friends for thier HVAC needs.
Hero heating and air provided a same-day repair for my broken fan motor at a very reasonable price. My technician Kenny was so professional and timely, and was able to implement an interim fix while we waited for a repair part to arrive. It was truly a pleasure working with Hero, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Charlie H was super professional and was here in literally 30 minutes. I called late on a Sunday to let them know our system was making all kinds of noise and cutting off. I told them it’s no rush if they need to wait to send someone out to look at it tomorrow, but they said it was no problem and responded right away. Amazing service!
