Complete Air definitely know what they are doing. Had a larger company to come out and look at our HVAC system on the house because the system was not cooling. They inspected and said one thing still system not cooling. EJ came out inspected and troubleshooted the problem. The problem not completely solved but we do have cool air now. Had to order a part to fix the problem. So when in doubt call Complete Air air/heating company for all your HVAC problems.
The service I received was beyond excellent even though it was on a short notice. To top it off the tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. He also completed the repair in a very professional and clean manner. Everything was also a very reasonable cost. I will use this company for future repairs and recommend them highly.

This company was refer through my residential home warranty, I called on 6/13/22 for service, technician came twice, they gave me the wrong diagnosed each time. They sent in a quote for service and parts to the warranty company with the wrong parts listed, which was denied by the warranty company and the problem hasn't been fixed yet as of 6/28/22. To top things out, Chrystal, not sure if she's the office manager or not, had the nerve to get upset with me, because I was upset and within my right to be because nothing was being done to fix the problem. She got unprofessional, raising her voice, and overtalking me on the phone. Her comment was that "it wasn't her fault I chose the warranty company that I did for them denying the quote." I called a different AVAC/company and it was an easy fix and nothing related to the parts they were trying to order according to the technician's diagnose. I definitely will not dealing with Complete Comfort Air. LLC ever again. Get a second opinion if you have to.
Complete Comfort Air service was awesome. They are very professional. Very responsive to all questions and concerns. Gave multiple options on my repair. Completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after.
I had another company that previously serviced my A/C unit. The problem got worst. Complete Comfort Air was highly recommended by a friend to fix the problem. I called, made the appointment and he arrived as promised. He took his time and troubleshooted until he found the problem. Don't trust anyone for your Heating and A/C needs, but Mr. E.J. Glover and Complete Comfort Air!!!!!
I contacted Complete Confort Air LLC to repair my AC that another claimed to be AC company had taken over 30 days to compete the service on my 2 year old system. Complete Confort Air technician came out, corrected the wiring of the prior contractor and completed the servicing of the AC system that afternoon. Very professional, competitive pricing and most valued of all, trustworthy. Now for very first choice to call for my system service.

Imagine no AC in Mt Pleasant on July 4th weekend, house is 86 degrees, and you’ve got a 2 year old toddler that can’t sleep because of the heat! Who comes at 10pm to bring relief? Complete Comfort Air’s best technician, EJ! No nonsense, all business and committed to great service.

EJ did a GREAT job installing out A/C unit, he took his time and made sure everything was working properly, he explained how the thermostat works with the phone app, which works perfectly.
The repairman was professional in his duties and friendly towards his customers. I was pleased at my cost and efficiency of the company accomplishing the repairs in one day. Thanks.
They didn't t fix my unit my central heating and air unit leaks water when I turn it off they said there not sure what s wrong didn't t fix anything yet charged me and my wife
Highly recommend! Came within 30 minutes of calling when I called at 9:00pm on a Monday night. Quickly identified the problem and got the system working so that I could get a good night’s sleep! Will use again in the future.
