Work van number 5 ran an old woman off 17 north and 526 exit at 345 pm on 1-30-23. Didnt even stop to make sure she was ok.

Our original AC units were having issues in the middle of August. I called Austin Air and Kevin showed up 2hrs later! Did an assessment and replaced the units the following week. Local company, trustworthy, easy process. I recommend them.
Prompt and professional service. When you call for assistance you get to speak with someone who is knowledgeable. A detailed description of what the assessment is presented and thoroughly explained. The technicians who performed the repair and installation were very respectful of our home by covering the floors and removing all debris from the attic. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. This company is an authorized Carrier company and my husband and I highly recommend them. I've used Austin Air a few times now - always a great experience. They are very honest, do a great job at a very fair price. they are also very responsive - example - 2 days ago my AC stopped working after hours - sent them an email. Next morning they replied saying they would fit me in that afternoon! He comes there and found the issue in a few min (capacitor), then found a second issue trying to restore the power (faulty breaker, one phase). Then he went to 3 diff stores to get the breaker we needed to finish the job asap. Great job! They've earned my future business 100%. Couldn't be happier.

Christmas Day, I wake up to find my heating unit not working. I’ve been using Austin Air for 3 years now to do semiannual service work on my HVAC. I reached out to Kevin and he came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem and got the heat back up and running. I’ve always been pleased with their work, but the timelines of their response during Christmas time was exceptional! Thanks Kevin!
Kevin and his crew are top knotch. I had an issue and knew they were very busy. They rearranged their schedule and were able to fit me in. It is hard to find customer service like that these days. Do not hesitate to call them!
Tommy was awesome helping us with getting someone out right away when our a/c went out. It took a few times to diagnose and fix the problem, although the response to us was as if we were the only ones without a/c during the summer, lol. If you are looking for HVAC professionals who are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and licensed, look no further than Austin Air LLC! After years of dealing with various companies contracted out by our home warranty provider to fix a recurring issue with our second floor A/C unit, a neighbor recommended we call Kevin Austin. In under 30 minutes, Kevin was able provide a long-term fix for the problem. That was five years ago. Since then, we have been calling on Kevin and his team to work their magic to keep our unit alive. Two months ago, we finally decided it was time to retire our 17 year-old Tappan and invest in a new unit. We obtained quotes from Austin Air and three other reputable companies. All four quotes included installation of comparable equipment, and all were within a few hundred dollars of each other. We already knew we could count on Kevin to provide excellent service, so upon receiving assurance that his rates were in line with other local companies, the decision to have Austin Air complete the installation was obvious. Thank you, Kevin, Ronnie and the entire installation crew, for being top-notch professionals! You’ve earned every bit (and more) of this 5 star rating.
Kevin and his team were fantastic. They not only replaced one of our units, but also corrected some issues with our 2nd unit and did this in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Austin Air.
Have had Kevin come out twice to our home when our AC went out - both times knew exactly what the issue with our Carrier unit was and fixed quickly. Excellent customer service, great attention to detail, super friendly staff, and extremely knowledgeable about the units they service. Glad to know there is local a company like them that is professional, treats customers right, and doesn't overcharge for parts or service. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any AC needs. Highly recommend to anyone in the Mt Pleasant area!

Not sure why there would be a troll on A/C review pages but apparently this Jason Weeks guy has posted the same one star review (verbatim) on three different A/C companies pages. That being said, we have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Austin Air. Fast response, honest prices, and exceptional work. Would recommend to everyone in the low country.
Great local company! Kevin and his guys installed my new AC last summer at a very reasonable rate. Fast forward to this past Friday and I had an issue with it. Called Kevin Friday evening and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes, could not believe it. The fault was in no way his, a simple sensor bit the dust. He had me up and running in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough. By all means give them a call for your HVAC issues.
Called Kevin first thing in the morning and he fit me into his schedule and came out that afternoon. Both a/c units were not working. Quick diagnosis and one unit was back in service. The second unit needed replacement. Kevin provided a fair and reasonable price for a replacement. He and his team installed the new unit and were clean and quick. He even came back the following day to ensure the unit was working properly. Kevin is the first call for anything heating and A/C related.
Kevin is a stand up guy and helped me out on a hot, busy July day when our unit went down. He took the time to fit us into his schedule, and my only regret is that he wasn't my first call. I now know who to call with HVAC issues. Thanks Kevin!
