Wonderful experience from initial contact until completion. SWAT arrived promptly and kept me notified of arrival time. The technician, in this instance, Ty, was professional, patient, informative, and very nice. I would highly recommend SWAT. In addition, I was informed that they provide an array of services from electric work, roofing, renovations, et cetera. I know for certain that they will be my new go-to company for home repairs and/or issues within my home. I'm so pleased.
Bubba came out and inspected our unit. He was thorough and was trying to help us get the most economical and reliable repairs possible. He was super knowledgeable, respectful and nice. When he showed up our unit was not blowing cold and he had it blowing cold within an hour. I cant recommend him enough. He was prompt and responsive to our messages.

Bubba was awesome and saved the day. We woke up Saturday morning with our water heater leaking water all over the garage. He was able to come right away to replace it and beat everyone else’s price. Great customer service and great people. Highly recommend! A+++
Tyson and Hunter from SWAT HEATING AND AIR were wonderful and very professional. They worked diligently to figure out the problem. They were patient and adamant about making sure that when they left our residence that everything was working properly. The were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. I commend then for all there efforts. This was truly a pleasant experience. This company will definitely be my choice for their services in the future.
Service Call answered right away, and they were able to work me in the same day as last appointment. He repaired the heater with a part he had on his truck, and I had heat within an hour. Yes I would recommend him to my friends.

On a scale of 1-10, SWAT Heating & Air gets a 10+plus-plus. They displayed a "praiseworthy" sense of responsibility for service they rendered at my residence in March 2023. The service I received was beyond exceptional, and totally exceeded my expectations. Their team responds in a timely manner, is courteous, and extremely professional. It's obvious they have mastered their craft. After troubleshooting the problems, they explained them to me in a way that I could clearly understand, and then proceeded to swiftly resolve the problems. I am very impressed with the team's work-ethic. They are extremely reliable, and fully demonstrated a heightened level of integrity, as they rendered service. I was treated with dignity, and I was well-respect in my home. It was the greatest customer service that I have ever experienced in my 54 years of living. I highly recommend SWAT Heating & Air, and venture to say they most likely offer the best HVAC services in the State of South Carolina. I will forever sing their praises. Their service is OUTSTANDING!!!
Tyson is amazing at what he does! He is on time and is very knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. He will not try to sell you something you dont need. He will fix it!

Was having trouble with my a/c as the temperatures were rising, and were having trouble getting in touch with the rental companies hvac crew. When the maintenance crew called SWAT, they were there that same day and had it fixed and ready to go that day. Tyson was very personable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I had a new unit put in by SWAT August 2022. In January I changed my thermostat to a smart thermostat. It was smarter then me bc when it got hot last week I turned the AC on and it blew HOT air. I called Bubba and he was there the next day waiting for me when I got home. He had already checked the unit outside and proceeded to check my thermostat. Changed a couple settings and BAM!! cold air. My heat was also alot warmer coming out of the vents once he made a few changes to my mistake. Thanks Bubba for you prompt response!

Bobby was very professional. He explained things well and did a great job! I would highly recommend using him. By far the best experience I have had with HVAC company. If you’re looking for someone to do quality work, excellent customer service, and a great price this company is the one to call. I can’t recommend them enough. This is after 3 other companies came out and couldn’t fix my problem.
