My experience with MC Mechanical for an HVAC replacement was exceptional from start to finish. Mark is deeply knowledgeable, and installation was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly without compromise. In addition to the quality of the service, what really stood out was his kindness and commitment to customer education. Mark explained each step of the installation, how to operate and troubleshoot the new unit, and preventative maintenance steps to promote system longevity. I recommend MC Mechanical to anyone in need of reliable HVAC services. Five stars is an understatement.

I called MC Mechanical to get a second opinion on an HVAC issue. Mark came out to our home, performed a few tests and confirmed that indeed we had an issue. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. His rate for performing this service was very reasonable. Mark was very helpful. I met him through a neighbor and wanted him to check in on my HVAC system. I'm interested in air quality as well as making sure the system lasts as long as possible. He quickly performed the maintenance and, when I asked, he completely explained what he did and why it helped. Very helpful. Thanks, Mark!

My sister had a new HVAC installed a year ago and sadly passed away. There were no documents as to who installed it so I called every HVAC company around inquiring if they installed it because the heat was not coming on. Ultimately, I had no luck tracking down the installer but when I called McMechanical and spoke to Mark, I immediately new I wanted him to come and work on the unit. He was so kind to work me into his busy day and was so thorough and professional explaining to me about the in's and out's of this particular unit. Needed help with a unit replacement at work. This gentleman was the only one to answer my call, and he did exactly what he told he would exactly when he said he would. Service , was excellent. Would definitely use him again in the future.
Mark was professional and helped get my AC back on promptly and checked up later on in the day to ensure it was still up and running.
We've had some constant issues with our building cooling down or being too cold for years. Multiple companies will come out but never truly fixed the issue. Mark seems genuinely concerned to help us get this resolved for us and our patients here at Dental Care at Pleasant Hill. I recommend Mark 100%. :)
Mark called to ask what was going on with my system so he could make sure he had everything on his truck to do the repair. With his years of experience he was thinking it was something going on with my duct work. Upon inspection he was correct and replaced the duct. He also was through and inspected my unit to make sure everything else was in working order. He gave me tips on how my house could be cooler. I truly appreciate Mark’s professionalism and he is very trustworthy. I would recommend his company to everyone.
I was having problems with my thermostat and AC. I thought the issue was just the nest thermostat so I really didn't know who to call for this issue. Mark was referred to me by a good friend and I was elated. He got me squared away and made sure everything was in order before leaving. He was awesome.
